Holy crap. Looks like a part of Nemesis from Resident Evil.

This looks to be promising if they can get by those..."interesting" *cough*
*cough* aesthetic side effects. I mean I understand that this can help soldiers who have lost entire CHUNKS of their body parts. Promising indeed

the "foot clan" experimented with similar technologies in the 90's.. they had mediocre results
