The biggest problem I have with this theory is that you're mixing Christian theology with Jewish theology to get a cohesive theory. So it doesn't make any sense. It's kind of like saying that Jesus and Mohammed are going to land on the Temple Mount together and play chess based on evidence from two different religious books.

The Jews don't believe in some of what you have written about end-times - it's Christian hoo-doo. So the Jews wouldn't be working to those ends anyway...

Also, because I really do read Antisemitism in your post, I will say -- the Jews really don't like rocking the boat. They could have taken out the Dome of the Rock any time in the last 50 years, but they don't. They may be sitting on evidence RIGHT NOW that Jesus was simply a man who lived - and died - for real died and was buried and is still buried - but they don't release it. They won't even allow archaeologists access to particular tombs, because it would upset tourism and cause international outcry. As soon as they sniff controversy like that, they shut down access.

So all these theories about these big-bad things the Jews are going to do... just don't ring true for me. Not in light of their past behavior. Sorry.

After reading through everything and giving it careful thought, your post is close to what I would say so I'll just quote you.

My Take beyond that.....

I smell an upcoming Documentary on the History Channel to join the other meaningless stuff they show and perhaps a book with a tiny audience. Not much more than that.

Most telling to me is that so little is presented beyond speculation and the odd tactic of including dreams as evidence.

It seems to me that much of this is likely identification from people clearly not qualified to evaluate anything. The features are likely natural geologic formations misinterpreted. Most telling is the assumption rock and soil layers are always horizontal.

As to an earthquake meaning anything, pure nonsense. Bizarre it's even included.

I do find Antisemitic persons to be very creative however and they all seem to always make it clear they are not Antisemitic while at the same time proving they are. Hate makes for horrible science and ridiculous theory.

The find itself, can't be much as not a single object seems to have been found and I'm not buying the changing symbols nonsense, beyond one of those involved is likely messing with the others they drew into the fantasy.

I smell a Sitchen type scam to generate the old evil, money.

Interesting the OP also thinks Obama is the Antichrist. Antisemitic and Racist perhaps? Lord knows I can't stomach Obama and he's a horrible President but I don't see him fooling even the "select"
Being not too fond of Obama myself and a Christian myself, I'm not at all afraid to admit that among Christians exist a tiny number who have real issues of Racism and general hate. They are not actually Christian, but they think they are. I'd hope people don't judge real Christianity by this kind of decidedly unchristian behavior.

This thread is netting way to many flags and I'd be willing to wager most flagging neither read through nor gave consideration to it's content. Too much of that around here. Antisemitic people are definitely infesting ATS these days.

OP, you will find lots of company here. Sadly.

As far as your comments, I didn't realize that it, ATS given its mandate, Deny Ignorance, was to the exclusion of either the religious nor the non religious, whether the weight of the debate or discussion, upon either view, but the fact that the debate it taking place, is more important than the ignorance, in spit of it, or the fact that your god may not be someone elses, to me its immaterial, perhaps to take a leaf out of Nostradamus book , he who was interested in all religions, and yet did not express an allegiance to any

If Obama is hated by everyone then he cannot possibly be the anti-christ. The anti-christ supposedly is so loved by the masses he is able to deceive them. So is your thread really about how you hate Obama and wish to demonize him ???

I call BS.

Greece is in need of money from sources such as tourism.
What better way to encourage tourism if not by saying that the tomb of Alexander the Great and the Ark of the Covenant have been found? Seriously, the article even states that it was announce by an information partner of the Greek Minister of Culture and Tourism. That doesn't tell you anything?

Also, I still believe that the Ark of the Covenant is a figment of someone's imagination - and so are the stone tablets with the 10 commandments. I don't think anyone is actively searching for Thor's hammer or Mictlantecuhtli's necklace just because it was mentioned in ancient myths. Why not? Because it's no more logical than the Ark of the Covenant.

Also, you lost any credibility with the whole "Obama / Antichrist" and "ZOMG Jews rule EVERYTHING" crap.
How do people seriously believe that diarrhea?

Hard to decipher what you said, but condoning hate has little to do with a persons religion. Haters hate, generally out of a lack of self-esteem and self loathing. That and its generational and learned from parents in many cases. People absorbed by hate pick whatever target is available and if they were not involved in hate against one thing, they would find another.

Should they post here? Certainly and it is a good thing it's out in the open due to anonymity. You have to see it to appreciate it. Most would never expose themselves if their identity was known. Here they can spew whatever nonsense they wish without fear of being found out. If they had nothing to hide?

Are you saying my distaste for hate and hate speech is a bad thing or a good thing?

In this case both here and on the blog it originally came from, the intent is quite obvious. The theory itself is cover and in fact is quite silly and meaningless. Viewing from my point of view, being my original schooling was in Geology, I see natural features being misinterpreted and somebody or some group looking to cash in on nonsense or it may be just a case of illiteracy gone wild, mixed with religious radicalism.

If they had something real, there would be photo's not silly drawings; samples instead of drivel. The religious back story I see as a way to attract money, nothing more. If this had merit qualified people would be all over it before now. That flag alone should scream to people this is pure old crapola.

Pay no attention to the authoritarian bot squad trying to derail your posts with calls of antisemitism and racism. It was, as usual, obvious that these goons would show up. Anyhow, Obama as the antichrist is avery plausible theory. Virtually an unknown, he gathered such blind support from the masses even receiving a nobel peace prize while immediately escalating wars. President Obama, the corporate owned fascist, is a complete opposite of candidate Obama, the faux compassionate socialist. Many are still under the spell of his speeches thus the term "Obamatrons" yet waking up at a steady pace, ie OWS. The other antichrist might very well be Ron Paul. He talks a great game, currently loved by the masses and found very trustworthy yet belongs to the same machine that brings so much pain and destruction to the world. The jury is still out on Paul, LOL even I like the guy but distrust him greatly. Very plausible theories indeed, OP!

Peaceful people who object to bigotry are "goons"? Amazing!

Truth has a way of winning out in the end. Bigotry is behind most atrocities in human history; everything from wars to enslavement under false Theocracies to crosses burning on a lawn.

Unfortunately it clearly has an audience and is often used to attract money. If there were any chance this was real, Archeologists would be pounding at the gate to fund the dig and crawling all over the site.

Do you accept it as truth just because it plays well with your own biases or because you actually read the material and considered the evidence of which there is none. Just a copy and pasted blog entry by an obviously heavily biased person with issues. Who posted and ran by the way.

Yes well I have much better things to do than read or listen to any hate, or scone anyone else for there beliefs, I only find it rewarding to discover such people hold such beliefs, its what I like about ATS, being the fact that whats said, may normally only be said behind closed doors, and when one chooses to mix religion with politics, there is bound to be some stuck upon the fan, which I can tell you, it goes in one ear and out the other, but the fundamentals of all religions and ancient history, I find fascinating, and am a, very analytic researcher, as to book writers and publishing, I would have to say,the above would no be the only example on ATS, that trys to avail them selves of the opportunity, to expose there up and coming book or doco, or at least use it as a litmus

I think it would be cool if it was a real find. I strongly believe in intervention over creation and evolution and that find could be the breaker.

Alexander has always been curiously linked to the "gods" and

this by the way of the Egyption priesthood at Heliopolis and perhaps - maybe -

linking Alexandros to Sumer. By the time of Alexandros, the old Sumerian gods

- in particular Marduk - were 'dead' or gone. Marduk's tomb was supposedly

seen by Alexander in Babylon. Also, it has never been revealed what the oracle

at heliopolis said to Alexander. It seemed to have inspired him - now he is left

to the ages. I hope this story is true. So many Greek tragedies to count lately....

You said it best right there.

The real "goons" are the anti-Semitic crowd such as the person you responded to (Snoopy I believe) who infest ATS with Jew-bashing comments and posts and completely unintelligible rants to back up their opinions as if it were facts that the entire populous of the world agreed with.

Interesting theory OP but that's all it seems to be, just a theory.

Indeed, he will "look like a lamb but speak like a dragon".

I currently do not see anyone who even remotely fits these characteristics. It would also have to depend on which masses really, not everyone is as easily deceived as the sheeple. Thank God for the truth seekers.

I just jumped in so forgive me if someone has already said this... But isn't the so called 'project blue beam' supposed to start with the discovery of important religious artifacts uncovered by earthquakes across the world?

If true this could be interesting.........

Good point. Once Project Blue Beam begins, we'll have a good look at the big bad.

Well, your anti-semitism comes SCREAMING through your not caring whether any Jews live or die statement. Wow! NOT an illustrious start to your first posting here on ATS.

With regards to the Ark of the Covenant being on Thasos, no. It is most DEFINITELY not.

Rabbi Yehuda Getz is WELL-DOCUMENTED in finding the chamber beneath the Holy of Holies, where it still lies. Six Levite priests attempted to retrieve it some time ago and all fell dead before reaching within 50 feet of the doorway of the cave/chamber that houses the Ark of the Covenant. Rabbi Getz was afraid to look upon it fully, and instead backed up with a mirror to look in the crack in the wall. The Ark is still there. It has been partially damaged, with one of the cherubs fallen over from a large rock that fell on it, but it is still there.

The Ark CANNOT be retrieved, until the Third Temple is erected. THEN and only then will they be able to restore the Ark to its proper place, where animal sacrifices will continue as before in Biblical times.

I do know that King Solomon, fashioned a copy of the Ark of the Covenant for the Queen of Sheba (Ethiopia) and sent Levite priests along with the copies of the temple implements along with her. Hence the Ethiopian jews that have recently returned to Israel. Who knows if Solomon or Sheba or their son, Menelik, the Emperor of Ethiopia, recreated more copies. That is not documented. At least, not to my knowledge.

Very interesting find though if it is an ACCURATE copy.

B'Shalom (In Peace)
