Strange dream, or was it real?

This morning I was having a dream about my old buddy I use to know back in NY and the dream was very vivid. The dream isn't important though, was just a dream bout school. What followed up after the dream is what caught my eye, literally. I was laying in my bed, and for some reason my right eye opened up, and I knew it was open partially cause i felt it. Anyways, I seen my friend and he was leaning his head against his computer monitor. I seen him type something like "jynloader" I think thats what it was. I don't know but when he was done searching it turned out to be something from star trek he was looking up. It was just strange though... my eye was definitely half way open, and I heard him typing, heard his fan, heard the noise of a june bug and I even seen the morning sun shining through his window. Was this a dream or did this actually happen?
