What happened to Elenin?

Honest question, not so long ago, that topic overtook the community, to the point where I was so sick of seeing that name, I had to stop coming here, so my question is, where is it, what happened, and why did people buy into it?

I'm fairly sure it melted as it went around the sun, nothing spectacular, just fizzled out. NASA wasn't lying all along.

As predicted it turned into a huge mothership and landed on the darkside of moon to have a nice and dusty bbq.

elenin is gone - there was no credible threat - NASA predictions were correct - so chicken little sneaked away to craft his next prediction of doom

Gee that was 2 comets ago (well or an asteroids). Elenin broke up when a solar flare hit it. Yu55 just sailed on by and now it's a new one that isn't even gonna get close but will destroy all life on earth but not for 20-30 years.

The moon parking & feuling fees are just astronomical If anyone can track its current location please share. Another poster in a recent thread stated it was a desintigrated ice partical mass that was still moving on the scheduled path.. You just gotta be careful with the psy ops on these celestials as you may center on something that catches the interest of the IN THE KNOW FOLX... SO WHEN THEY CAN SEE WHAT MANY DONT AND CAN PRESENT DATA THAT MANY HAVE ACCEPTED THEN THE IN THE KNOW FOLX feel the psy ops went well. Now if ELEnin is still present alonge with an unknown or unnamed then the in the know folx wont speak on it as it would be hard to describe after they told all it has turned to frozen partical cloud more less. Guess you have to astral* to see whats REALLY going on.

What happened to it? Exactly what anyone who's, y'now, got a lay understanding of orbital mechanics and gravity _said_ would happen: hardly a darned thing. Stupid, stupid people made up a bunch of BS about the comet and, since they were very, VERY stupid, they were wrong.

Moral of the story? Don't trust anyone talking about anything that science can answer, unless they are actually, y'know, a scientist.
