It definitely was nice to see people cheering and dancing and dragging the statue around the streets of Baghdad. Taking that statue down was very symbolic and made the Iraqi's feel more free and our troops I'm sure got a psychological boost that I'm sure they could have all used. But ... Bush already said he had prrof of Saddam's WMD's ... Soooo ... Why are we searching for them? If we know he had them, then that mean's we'd know where they were already ... It's possible that Saddam does have WMD's, but I don't think we really do know for sure ... If we did, we wouldn't have to look for the proof that we told the UN we already had prior to the war ...

Those were very strong images that have been shown today. I havent seen such powerful imagery in over 10 years. However I dont think that they will change the minds of people living in Europe. However Al - Jazeer did show the statue falling and the people celebrating, I am sure alot of people in the arab world were stunned.
