I agree that it's not a war between Christians and Muslims. However, it is a war between Muslims and the rest of the world. If you look closely, you will see a couple of interesting things:
1) Terrorists are Muslims.
2) People of other faith, or no faith at all, don't strap on bombs and blow up women and children. Muslims do!
3) The Muslim community around the world does not speak out against the Muslim terrorists. Occasionaly, under pressure, a single Cleric may make a quiet statement. Very rare. However, there is no mass Muslim discontent at the actions of their brethren killing non-combatants.
4) Muslims believe there are two types of people: Muslims and Infidels. Infidels should be converted to Islam or killed in order to make Allah happy.
