Could those M and X Class Mega flares cause the Asteroid YU55 into a closer orbit to Earth?

As we all know, due to the plasma storm winds from the CME's, the German defunct satellite came down a few Months early due to the solar winds pushing it into earths atmosphere sooner than expected.

What I am asking is the following: What if multiple M class and X class flares with high plasma winds hit the YU55 Asteroid as it moves closer to earth, Would this be cause for concern? Would the Earth's gravitational pull grab it?

Just asking questions... Any ideas from any Astrophysicists here? Have they crunched the numbers on this type of scenario?

I ask, because there is a massive sun spot that gave off a HUGE X2 class solar flare. And the chances of more in the coming days is high! (M class chance= 75%) (X class flare= 20%)....

Thanks!

Hmmm,

Gravity would seem to have the greatest effect here, so that would suggest no...

However, ionizing the surface, magnetizing, electromagnetic influence? Possibly?

I think it'd be triple cool if the asteroid did go off course and instead became a moon of Earth's!

It sounds possible but if the flares are coming towards us wont that push the comet away?

I'm no astrophysicist, and I'm not sure on the projected orbital paths of this asteroid. But we cannot simply assume that if the winds are blowing towards us that it will push the asteroid away. For example, if you were standing out in the open with wind blowing in your face, and an object was travelling from your right side in a trajectory that would normally have gone in front of you, the wind could deflect it so that it hits you. It's an unlikely scenario for an asteroid but I guess it is possible.

I'm not sure how far an asteroid could actually get pushed by solar wind though. I'd imagine they'd have far more mass compared to surface area than a satellite would, hence it would be less affected by solar wind. But it could potentially deviate the asteroid somewhat, even if it's just by a miniscule amount. Let's hope it doesn't get deflected towards us

some say a CME pushed neat comet away

Some people are idiots...

It barely affected the tail, let alone the entire comet.

Yes, but not sure how probable.

NASA released an article about the sun and its relationship to comets for example and how so little can be determined by pre-calculation of orbits as the Sun and gravity relating to bodies such as moons and planets all affect them.

Comets are lighter in mass supposedly than asteroids. However, in the studies done, up close with comets, they're not dirty ice balls at all and very much resemble asteroids, but carrying a charge and emitting Xrays, ie additional proof of the Electric Universe theory and act as capacitors.

Asteroids and meteors do the same, at times, they also discovered. I couldn't tell if this had to do with elongated orbits, or minerals, or the stars they encounter in their journey or origin.

So I gather there are many factors involved.

But also bear in mind there were strange things happening with satellites, and the way they came down made me suspicious they were guiding them down, practicing force landing something.

Also this asteroid is a perfect bowling ball and doesnt really look natural and has some really strong coincidences associated with it. Hoagland did good work on that and then everyone attacked teh messenger. It didn't matter, it was the odds on those coincidences that mattered, alone.

So, considering that they might be very interested in this "object", I'm wondering what will happen and why they've timed the communication black out and reset for the 9th as well.
