help uninstalling

I cannot uninstall a program that seems to spywear/. Here is the error message that shows up

Just delete all of its' files manually. Then use a registry cleaner.
If that doesn't get rid of it 100% - search the registry yourself, and delete any references to the program.

Make sure you can view 'hidden files' and 'system files', as it may also have some 'secret' files in the Windows System directories.
