Some folks with "celebrity status" I would love to kick back with and have a beer, others I'd like to shake their hand.
For the most part, I'd ignore many of them.
I'd ignore Barry too.
Just a darker, male paris hilton imo.
Show me some peace, show me some jobs, show me some middle class, then we might talk.
Otherwise all I'd have to say would be bad words.
And we know what Momma said about talking bad about folk.
(Edit)
As for a Joe the plumber moment, I'm sure there have been more than one of them that did not or would not have the time of day for Barry.
They won't put that on CNN or FOX, so you never heard about it.

I hope he enjoys it.

My wife makes a killer meatloaf as well, but Obama will never get a chance to taste it. I would fill my car up with gas and drive all over town and give it to the homeless he has created. Put it to better use.. I would even have her make two of them for just that purpose.

the guy is made of plastic and anything you told him would just run right off. I wouldn't even speak to him..Actually I can guarantee you he wouldn't even get on my front porch. Nor would he be allowed in my Drive way. it is private property and he is a public servant ...who by the way does not serve me, nor anyone else in this world. He does however serve a being in the spiritual realm. And no....It isn't God that I speak of...

1000 times this. I am not married to the fake left versus right game anyway. I would welcome face to face dialog with President Obama, President Bush, or any other representative who came to enjoy a spirited dialog and human interaction.

I would let him come in for a chat, but I dont see me being a joe plumber type though.

Absolutely not. I have no wish to speak to him. Consider what you would go through. Secret Service everywhere. Media sneaking into your life. It would be a complete mad house and disruption. I don't see my refusal as being disrespectful. I see it as self-preservation.

Not a chance.I dont allow anyone who commits treason or plots it in my home. Neither are thieves and other criminals. We dont take to none of that here.

I would be forced to place him under arrest for high treason and turn him over to a court or authority who would prosecute him. But I might pin a picture of the twin towers and the planes and a picture of the alqeada flag flying in Libya to his shirt just so there are no mistakes.

He aided the terrorist organization who attacked us on 9/11 to overthrow a valid govt and signer to the Geneva conventions and that leader was sodomized, tortured and killed by those same terrorists. Doesnt matter if I didnt like him. they had no legal authority and instead committed treason in plain view.

That is treason.

Obama is a criminal.

He and the rest of his participant cabinet must be brought to justice.

They are terrorists. War Criminals. And under the R.I.C O. statute...organized crime.

I would. I would also take the time to ask him about the number of disappointments and successes he's had, as well as trying to get him on the ball to increased human exploration of the Cosmos.

I would not allow him in. Reasons:
1. You can not appeal to him intellectually , he is set in his ways of ideology.
2. You can not appeal to him emotionally, as psychopaths have no empathy.
3. It's not wise to invite evil into your home.

We're talking about letting Obama into your house, not the leading republican candidate.
and yes, I'd let him in.

Of course I would let him in. And then I'd make him wait while I called the local newspaper, then proceed to give him an impromptu interview. Why not? I guarantee that I'd ask tougher questions than the media would ask any president.

If a POTUS actually showed some concern for my individual concerns, I'd be happy to at least have the conversation.

Just wondering....
Let's say Obama wanted another "Joe the Plumber" moment, and randomly came knocking at your front door.
Would you invite him in for a chat, maybe some coffee or tea ?
Myself ? I would tell him "I don't allow Communists and Traitors in my house" "Get off my property or I'll call the law"
Interested if any other ATS'ers feel the same.
Or would it be a better to let him in and berate him up one side and down the other ?
Noro

I wouldn't let him in on principle.
He won't let me into the US, so I don't let him into my semi detatched.

I would take the punishment and let him in. I would then sacrifice myself and my time to do whatever I can to keep him in my house and busy, like watch reruns of 24 or puzzle games that are 1,000,000,000,000 peaces. For the longer he is wasting his time at my place, the less time he will have to continue destroying the country

My place is always such a mess I'd be too embarrassed. I'd ask if he would rather meet at the counter diner down the block.

No, I would not let him in my front gate, let alone my house. Like I want some puppet fool and his secret service on my property.

I would like nothing more than to be able lay out my economic solutions to him, face to face. If Obama came to my house our country just may have a chance to be saved. I just hope he doesn't interupt the Publisher's Clearing House people.
