I wasn't there but my neighbor went to the balloon festival. She showed me pictures the day afterwards. Did you look at the link I provided?

To add: she went on Sunday but the even went through last night.

I know you'd say that.

The UFO's (well the IFO's now) have to be the skydivers, because only they have the maneuverability to create a streak with a tail that long at the speed their traveling. Hot air balloons can not, at least with that kind of precision.

yup turns out it was a hoax, from a youtube comment.

This was a hoax put on from a local Sky Diving Group located in Scottsdale jumping out of the plane with flares on the heels of their boots moving from left to right until they came down. The reason you saw the light go on and off is because they only had one flare on each leg and when they would turn their other leg without a flare on it would block out the light or the flare. Sorry but this has been done before last year and they came forward admitting it. It was debunked on Fact or Faked Show
