I am outraged.. i am frustrated. I'm going to make it short due to my keyboard not working. I am currently using a on screen keyboard, and that alone should let you people know how bad I want to get this off my mind.

A few questions to the non ows supporters:

1. Do you care more about manners and your traffic route then the message of this protest?

2. Would you rather get hit with a empty bottle wearing full armor while holding a riot shield
or, would you rather get shot in the face with a rubber bullet traveling at speeds enough to put you into a coma?

3. What have you done to wake up people about the corrupt federal reserve?

4. Why do you disagree with the OWS movement?

Heh trust me your lucky it took me an hour just to write this, ill be back with 10x more fire power.
You are the 99% yet your siding with the 1%.The most open minded forum ive ever been to is filled with so much ignorant people and threads such as...

www.abovetopsecret.com...

and

www.abovetopsecret.com...

and..

www.abovetopsecret.com...

and many more.. this thread is just a fire cracker. Once i get my keyboard i'm unleashing the dynamite.
I'm sick of reading about people bashing this movement yet they do NOTHING to try and stand up for the people,
just wait.

Face it folks.
There are dupes on the left and there are dupes on the right.
We gotta figure who are the dupes.
Duh.
All of us really, one way or the other.

It comes all down to GREED and egoism.

Notice how people take stances PRO and CONTRA - and the given reason, regardless what side they take...all too often is plain and simple personal greed.

Go and read the forums and blog comment sections, how often you read "i don't want to give my hard earned money to [...]"

The working poor, the middle class AND the "elite" ...all have the same greed because they worry about their money.

1 Manners and respect for others earns Respect for the cause. Last I heard the ows fight was against corporations not people trying to walk on the streets or drive in traffic.

2. If respectful, police wouldn't have reason for riot gear.

3. I would say if you want to address the corrupt federal reserve, then maybe OWS should convince Congress to get rid of it.

4 Unclear message and what they seek to achieve. Please don't give me the declaration list. Most ows members probably don't even know what they are unless they look it up.

Don't worry about the actions of the 1% that caused so many people to be homeless and jobless. Never mind them "too big to fail" banks that have pulled the greatest day light robbery the world has ever seen. Worry about those darn hippies using their constitutional rights who aren't harming anyone but are just sitting at Wall Street. They're clearly the enemy here.

Here I've got a solution:

Rather than we complain about it, let's get our butts up and do something about it.

I will if I was in America.

And those who think left and right and make divisions amongst yourselves are basically trapped in the system.

Gotta break free and embrace this movement, this should be seen as something viable for restoring much needed liberty and all that you and I complain about on here.

Peace

Mcarthy would have rounded up these Stalinist maoist stooges, good to seee they have so much time that they can sit on their asses and whine all day.

Whenever the middle class talk about revolution you know they phony ponys.

Stalin used the middle class to knobble the real working class revolution.... and then shot them.

Outside of "We're really very, very, very, very, mad" what the hell is the goddamned message?

3. What have you done to wake up people about the corrupt federal reserve?

My record in this site alone speaks for itself. What the hell has this movement done to "wake people up" about the Federal Reserve? Really, honestly, how has this protest informed anyone as to the evils of the Federal Reserve?

4. Why do you disagree with the OWS movement?

Because the "movement" refuses to take a strong position on anything, and the moment someone claiming to represent the "movement" does take an issue a whole slew of people distance themselves from that stance. No one seems to want accept responsibility, all want to blame, and blame anyone who doesn't agree with them, but how the hell can anyone agree or disagree with all this sort of nonsense?

You are the 99% yet your siding with the 1%.The most open minded forum ive ever been to is filled with so much ignorant people and threads such as...

I am on the side of the rule of law and the respect for every persons rights. Because I stand up for all peoples rights, I have been relentlessly attacked by both sides. I have no regard for either "side" at this moment, but will continue to stand in defense of rights. It is the least I can do.

This is crazy!

This is so Deja Vu.

It's almost like I already saw this thread before, and the responses.

So strange when that happens.

Anyhow, I really like your energy OP but I want to stress to you how important it is to let yourself cool off a bit and then focus yourself.

I am afraid you may not be able to convince the anti-protest folks however, they are pretty solidly convinced that protesting equals pro-government. I don't know how that can be but it somehow is.

I will not support anyone who wants entitlements and a Utopian Socialist State. Just the demands alone show mostly a Democrat agenda. This whole OWS movement is underlined by the Democrat Party and their operatives, and DSA agenda. If your whole worry is corporate greed, you have a lot to learn about the Shadow Govt and their motives.

But the "law" doesn't respect anyone's rights anymore Jean. Except maybe the "Corporate Person's Rights".

At this point in time it is contradictory to state you are in favor of the rule of law And personal liberty, they are totally in contrast.

You cannot exercise a fifth or tenth of your Constitutionally protected liberties without being arrested or fined for it these days. Therefore the law has become unjust and illegitimate.

Like Dr MLK Jr once said so eloquently :

“A just law is a man made code that squares with the moral law or the law of God. An unjust law is a code that is out of harmony with the moral law.“

“One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws”

and who handed the banks the bailout money? After we all said:" not only "no" but "hell no!"?Your way too big govt The very one OWS wants to enlarge to include funding : my "outrageous" student loan debt."and other self-proclaimed "rights": Well Pardon my choice of words but:screw you guyz....screaming at the recipients is wasted effort...If they were focused on the problem (congress)
I might feel otherwise.

Perhaps AG Holder could find the time in his busy( a.k.a. "gunwalker"?) schedule to prosecute some of the documented fraud.Instead of trying to feed the anti second amendment special intetrests fires.. Why don't you'all crap in his doorways?down at "justice"???

Lazy?Or infirm.
Or so poor.
Or so old
This dismisses a large number of our neighbors I should think.
I think you rush to judgement here.

My friend, you knew my response to this even as you typed it, didn't you? Legislation is not law anymore than the map is the territory or the word is the thing defined. Rights are law, and when disregard for that law is being shoved down our throats by government, then it is government that is acting unlawfully. It is not "law" that is disrespecting rights, it is thugs and criminals claiming political authority they do not have that is the problem.

At this point in time it is contradictory to state you are in favor of the rule of law And personal liberty, they are totally in contrast.

You are confusing rule by law with the rule of law. The rule of law demands that all peoples rights be respected. The rule by law pisses on that, burps, pisses some more, then settles down for another beer before pissing and burping all over again.

You cannot exercise a fifth or tenth of your Constitutionally protected liberties without being arrested or fined for it these days. Therefore the law has become unjust and illegitimate.

The law remains just and legitimate, it is the thugs denying and disparaging rights that are unjust and have no legitimacy.

“A just law is a man made code that squares with the moral law or the law of God. An unjust law is a code that is out of harmony with the moral law.“

Martin Luther King most imprudently led a movement down the "civil rights" road. Civil rights are legal rights. Legal rights are rights granted you by government and what can be granted legally, can be taken away legally.

Instead of marching on Washington demanding "civil rights" it would have been a much stronger strategy to demand that the unalienable rights they all ready had be respected.

There are no unjust laws, only unjust legislation and the unjust men and women who enforce it.
