RIP - Sir Jimmy Saville

Former DJ, TV presenter and charity fundraiser Sir Jimmy Savile has died, aged 84.

Savile, who was one of the most famous names on British TV and radio in the 1960s, 70s and 80s, died on Saturday.

Guess no one could fix this.

I met Sir jimmy a couple of times when I used to be a postman and I delivered his post to his modest flat in Leeds.
The first time I saw his name on a small parcel and thought oh it cant be him, but when I knocked and he answered in his underpants I was shocked, but he was cool and offered me a brew.
I bought his book and the next time I went round to deliver something he signed it and we had a long chat about jim will fix it (me berating him for not fixing it for me ).
He raised alot of money for people and will be missed.

i remember writing to jim'll fix it when i was a kid, he couldn't fix it for me to fly a jet fighter
