Exposing the evils of Wicca Witchcraft!

Wow , why don't you tell me how you really feel Actually within the wiccan community , there are so many varying beliefs and practices that it's almost impossible to even bunch them all together. I think what you really meant to say is that ANYONE who doesn't believe in the bible or Christianity are a bunch of heathen scum. I could make this very long winded but what's the point ?

I don't think God would approve of your use of time in authoring this thread. Your focus doesn't seem to be in a very Christ-like place.

Doesn't seem like you have studied history much at all then, ever heard of the saying don't shoot the messenger?

You blame Christ for things that ungodly men have done, when he even said himself that such atrocities would be done in his name.

What about all the murder, slavery, exploitation, torture, etc committed by Babylon, Egypt and Rome? What about all the millions of child and adult sacrifices to the Sun gods and the human sacrifices practiced in some parts of Africa still? What about all the mediums and charlatans of medicine, healing and astrology who use charms that have no power and give people false expectations while charging a fee?

I have spotted you in a few threads recently hitting up your hollier than thou mumbo jumbo garbage....

Here are so points i would like you to digest... as a christian do you celebrate christmas? like in december around the 25th on month??

this IS A PAGAN FESTIVAL, i will not accept anything other than cold hard facts to dissprove that.. i know it too be fact, there were many days in the pagan religon which were incorporated into the Christian religon as a way to make those who practise pagan beliefs feel that christianity was a more accessible religon when the religon was being brough here.

Furthermore.. those who are Wicca, who follow witchcraft and or paganism.. dont care about your One true God, as he is only your one true God and not theres..

one of the major downfalls of religous nuts on here is they come on chanting about what GOD sais (in another thread you actually said GOD gave us the bible and it is fact) where we have no proof of such a belief in the lsightest, no historical evidence and actually if you look at the bible objectivley we know it has been changed and added to at least a handful of times to either cross language barriers or make it more accessible to the readers...

yet we are not here picking apart your religon... (i am niether a christian nor am i Wicca) no we go about talking about lazer beams, comets, OWS, Darkknight, chinese lanterns and end of days, like every day on here.. somehow about once every three days someone comes on with "factual" hollier then though garbage spewed up from a book of hearsay which is treated as fact by blind believers in Faith and we get verbally attacked for being sinners/wrong/uneducated/stupid for not believing in somthing which for all intesive purposes was a book written by men wanting to teach the masses a list of social rights and wrongs as a way to "better" themselves in an outdated and much simpler society.

"WITCH" as defined in the Bible:

WRONG! You will find no such thing. (It seems that I have to correct
THIS error about once every six months.)

HEBREW: Strong's Exhaustive Concordance shows seven references to the
words "witch," "witchcraft," and "witchcrafts." It identifies three
words as receiving that translation.

Two of them are the same root word: kashaph and kesheph. Strong's
observes that the proper translation for kashaph is "to whisper" as in
to whisper or mutter a spell. If they are correct, then perhaps the
best possible modern translations would be "enchanter" and
"enchantments" (from "chant"). In this context, Exodus 22:18 would
read, "Thou shalt not permit an enchanter to live."

The remaining word is used only once, and that is qecem, which Strong's
identifies as derived from qacem, which means to determine by drawing
lots. They give the translation, based on this, as being "divination"
as in to read random elements such as tarot cards. By this context, I
Samuel 15:23 would read, "For rebellion is as the sin of divination."
GREEK: According to Strong's Exhaustive Concordance, the word "witch"
does not appear in the KJV New Testament; the word "witchcraft" appears
once in Galations 5:20. In that verse the Greek given is indeed the
much-mistranslated word pharmakeia. Strong's gives its derivation as
being from pharmakeus, which means potion. The word pharmakeus does not
appear anywhere in Greek literature to refer to "poison" except--and
there only if you really stretch it--in the trial of Paracelsus, the
father of modern medicine.

In early Greek thought, a physik was an herbal remedy, and was
perscribed by physicians, or respected doctors. (Yes, early Greek
doctors were exclusively herbalists.) A conflicting school of thought
claimed that pharmakeoi, or potions derived from non-living matter,
might also have effect in some diseases. So in Galations 5:20, Paul is
telling us that those who use chemical potions (such as aspirin or
Tylenol) to cure diseases or disease symptoms are accursed of God.
In conclusion: the Greek New Testament nowhere refers to anything
resembling the modern religion or practices of Witchcraft. (Although it
is interesting to note that the first 11 apostles practiced something
roughly like qacem to pick a 12th--and if the later accounts are to be
read correctly, came up with a wrong answer.) The Hebrew Old Testament,
on the other hand, contains many unambiguous prohibitions of magical
practices, including (but not limited to) chanting of spells and
divination from random elements.

My word's offend you because you know what i write is true, and you have absolutely nothing to defend your religion with except for saying i'm trying to be hateful, which isn't the case.

The purpose of this thread is to expose the wiccan religion as all forms of witchcraft are condemned in the Bible.

I made this thread today because it is coming up to Halloween (Satanic pagan celebration) and witchcraft will be at its peak during these times and i've also noticed more wiccan propaganda on ATS as of late, such as tarrot card reading amongst other sinful things which I am here to expose.

My feelings aren't dark, my heart is a beacon of light... I do not hate anyone but I am simply exposing that which is sinful as the bible tells me to do. If Wicca is not sinful then feel free to defend your position but by judging from your first response i don't think you can since all you've done is attack my person and not refuted any of what ive said.

You are getting your information from a book that was heavily edited and manipulated 300 years after the so called fact. The Bible is the best selling book of fiction ever written.

Paganism in its different forms is as old as man. Are you saying all the other religions have also got it wrong as well? ........... bigot.

Anyone can make up a religion and say that the little green man made a man and a woman blah blah blah, but there is absolutely no proof whatsover.

And why can you not accept that people are different to you and have their own beliefs? Why does it make you angry that Christians post on here? Why don't you allow free speech, that both Wiccans and Christians can post here, so that we all become better informed about each other?

The world is full of diversity. Our only way forward is tolerance. I am up for that!

ps. as a Christian I do not celebrate Christmas, it is a Roman Saturn festival in origin and has nothing to do with the birth of Christ.

Actually the earliest known date of the Old Testament being written is about 2100BC.

So Pagans had almost a 3000 year head start on monotheism. Take the Sumerians, the Egyptians, hell any culture before the Hebrews. Paganism was the first form of organized religion which evolved out of stellar worship (i.e. Sun Worship, Lunar Worship, etc).

Your only evidence is your faith, and as long as it leads on the path of truth I can respect that. Just dont preach hate in the name of God,. All paths lead to the same mountain into the loving, forgiving arms of God. “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil." God knows were confused, life is a struggle to understand.

In the Bible, "God" killed the first-born son of every family in Egypt. Does that mean that if there's some country we think is bad, we should go kill all their first-born sons too?

Oh My........ I assume that your statement that "All pagan religions serve the devil" can be backed up by proof other than what you've posted, because as a practicing Shinto, as have been at least the past 20 or so generations of my family, I find that very very disconcerting. Christianity didn't even hit Japan until the 1800's and even then wasn't met with the welcome arms.

This is the 21st Century, wake up and smell the napalm, this sort of religious dogma should no longer be tolerated, too many wars, and atrocities are commited on the basis of "me religion is right and yours isn't" that maybe NONE of us have it right. I do know this though, true god, true goddess, what in the end does it matter.

As long as you have faith in SOMETHING.

Wrong. You boast of your superior knowledge of The Christian Scriptures yet do you not know of all the episodes in the Bible that deal with witchcraft? There are heaps. It is an abomination to Our LORD to practice it. Please refer to my earlier comment about Pagan sacrifice, etc.

Hello friend, I am not tolerant of other peoples religious beliefs Christianity simply isn't like that, so bigot is fine with me, Jesus is the only way and that will not change. I can already tell you are proud, your pride is what blinds you from the truth, it is said that only the humble will inherit the kingdom of God, i am glad i humbled myself some time ago. I welcome all opposition of my words because I know that truth is on my side.

Maybe the reason its taken you 40 years to study religion and still got it wrong is because you haven't humbled yourself. I suggest trying it if you can it leads to a much better life.
