Again, there is a REASON they are enriching this cereal. Also, did you notice how he put almost the entire box in the blender and only got a small amount of iron?
And if you people were smart, you could find this all out by reading the nutrition labels...

That's what I was getting at with the iron deficiency thing. It's a health problem caused by too little iron in the blood. I apologize if this wasn't clear.
