Houston, we have a problem.

Well, actually Houston has a lot of problems, but I'm not one of them. Hi everybody. I'm new to the site and already pretty excited about sharing thoughts, feelings, affirmations, and suspicions with like-minded people. And on the flip side, hearing rebuttals and beliefs from not so like-minded people.

I'm a 46 year old female, born and raised in Long Beach, CA., currently living in Houston TX. Although I've been here 15 years now, I still find East Texas slightly close minded when it comes to any alternative trains of thought or "off the grid" topics. I'm relieved that AboveTopSecret exists and I can vent a little with you all now.

Thanks for having me and I hope to make some great friends.
