November 9th, 2011 Tsunami Exercise Day & Emergency Broadcast System??

I came across this video today on youtube and followed the link below to UNESCO's pdf online. Interesting coincidence or conspiracy that both exercises are on the same day?

historically, exercises rarely turn real.

Tell that to the victims of 911.

Why is this not getting more attention?
Out of 365 days, there will be two 'unusual' exercises at the same time?

Then we had Obama in Colorado doing whatever drill he was doing several weeks ago too.
And FEMA did thier 'shake rattle and roll' earthquake exercises this past summer.

WTF is going on?
Are other countries being as 'diligent' as we are in their 'safety measures'?

And they wonder (and talk down on us) why there are conspiracy theorists out here? Hell, they're the people who are creating us!!
