The saucer moves very fast but mostly does a jumping motion.

See the Meier film of the jumping clam shell UFO saucers.

Contacted by CIA or whatever agents of the saucers have to quell and
smooth over any saucer film. If the public makes a fuss the agents will
fuss it up into a laughing matter to make the evidence goes away.
