Believe me I know the are a lot gaps. I know this plan seems delusional, but it is based on something that already exists, it already exists in the homes of many families. Its also present in, albeit not fully, the Wall St Occupation (and I know this might seem hard to believe for some of you). There's no leadership there, and, as a society, the occupiers live in peace with each other, they also look out after each other and everything runs almost flawlessly. (its actually very clean most of the day). This is all because they chose to live under love rather than under selfishness, at least with each other.

People mention that this is a Utopia and Utopia's have never worked. You can call this whatever you like, but this is a society that is based on living in the present moment. There's no past involved, and those who would be part of it, would either know that past is a creation of the mind and therefore and illusion, or are at least aware of the insignificance of past. So no longer will they think "This has never worked, so it probably wont". That type of thinking in itself will probably cause the society to fail.

If there are people who become egotistical and are not taking an active part on the community, they will be sent for mediative therapy. If it continues, then they will probably be kicked out.

Who decides this? And most importantly, what can I offer them to allow me to stay in this "Utopia"? Greed is everywhere. You can't hide from it and you can't hide it.

The people decide it, there will be a system where a certain number of complaints will merit a group discussion with the the individual and an assessment of his selflessness. You can't offer anything. The system will be so that only those that are really disfunctional get kicked out. They can come back after a certain amount of time, perhaps after a year, and they must pass a test.

Its true that you can't hide greed, but only as long as you're being controlled by ego. This society is for those who have or are seeking to transcend their ego.

Name one truly selfless person, who transcended their ego. I would like to know the name of this individual...I say individual because if there is one, there is only one.

Every buddhist monk has or is on his way to transcend their ego. Ghandi and Mother Theresa among others. As well as spiritual teachers such as Eckhart Tolle.

Ok, I can give you Ghandi and Mother Theresa, although I am sure they had motives as well, but Eckhart Tolle? A man who doesn't have an ego writing books and profiting from them? He lives in Vancouver. Does he live in a shack? Doubt it. Only egotists go on Oprah.

Edit: True selflessness or altruism, does not exist.

It may not exist, but someone who understands the importance of it and TRIES to practice it, is on the right path.
BTW. you dont need to live in a shack to be enlightened, I dont know where you get this from. When you're enlightened, you have a clearer mind and this allows you to chose the best solutions for them. If Eckhart Tolle is a spiritual teacher, how is he going to survive? He's a spiritual teacher, not an animal, he;s still a physical human, with need for comfort.
This is notion that enlightened people should only live in a shack on a mountain and grow their own food is just primitive. We're all part of this Earth, therefore we're all entitled to its fruits, and to enjoy the creations of humanity.
