Did You Know Feds Will Temporarily Cut Off All TV and Radio Broadcasts on Nov. 9?

I see this as a useful tool to disclose information that very bad people would never let air.

I am in GA and for the past few weeks EAS has been running test serveral times a day on various channels and at various hrs even through the early am hours. With the troops coming home I have to wonder - what may be up and is this part of something that they now is going down soon - fema wise.

Okay well its November 13th. And I never heard anything about it on the 9th, so, did it even happen?

In some places it worked great, in other places not so much. Some people heard Lady Gaga, Paparazzi instead of the "emergency". Some people got nothing at all and for others they saw and heard the "emergency" broadcast.
