Whenever someone tells me "I hate rap, it's all about bling and bitches" i know they've never listened to Immortal technique (or Jasiri X, another sharp dude who's behind OWS).

IT hits it out of the park here.

Love Immortal Technique, his one of the few rappers who seem to be free of the devilish ways of the mainstream industry b#tch rappers and singers, its thanks to him that i started appreciating true hip hop, thanks a lot for the thread and video.

Why does the interviewer Luke Ludowski put on a fake ghetto accent when talking to him? I've heard him in a million other interviews and he does NOT talk like what. So much fakenessssssssss.

fake as in being involved in several charity projects and undertakings?

fake as in trying to educate the masses by lecturing and rapping?

I don't know what reality you live in but MOST people that I have ever talked to do not care about politics. The vast majority get bored/annoyed if you try to talk to them about it. Shhhhh be quiet The Jersey Shore is on!@!@~!~!

Oprah and Bill Gates have charities too...do I think they care about the world? Not really. But I don't know either of them personally so I can't make a definitive statement

Immortal Technique is most definitely a millionaire. He has sold hundreds of thousands of CDs and tours frequently. You can make a killing off live shows and merchandise as he has a very large underground audience/following. Not to mention he has been doing it for over a decade now. The average guy on the street can't fund an orphanage in a 3rd world country.

But judging someones character off the money they make is wrong. I judge them by their actions/things they say/vibes they give off. But I could always be wrong as I don't know them personally.

I love Immortal Technique, but I'm really suprised he's not a supporter of Ron Paul.

He says "we all know where your money comes from"....people, not corporations. He says that Ron Paul is a lot like the other Republicans, but I think he's entirely wrong. He disagrees with other Republicans on so many issues.
