Hey guys. I know this is the wrong forum, but even though I have been a member here forever haha I don't have 20 posts so it wont let me.

Anyways, I just found 2 of the same birds dead right outside of my house. They are gray with light yellow on there breasts and some bright yellow in there tail feathers. Also on the tip of the wings they have pink or red. Weird thing is is that they are about 10 feet frome ach other. I thought maybe they flew into the window, but we have never had that and they are too far away. Kinda looks like they just died there for no reason. Please shed some light. Can post pictures if needed

Also mods, if you would like please feel free to move this to the correct forum.

Thanks.

Maybe something around your house killed them?
Also, what ever happened to all the dead animals that happened not too long ago? Anyone follow up on that?

Wow you have been a member for a long time.....
I can't really answer your question but why do some people get upset when they see dead birds? I have seen a few throughout my life, and never caused a concern for me. Recently found one outside my house a few weeks ago. Living things die, so what's the worry?

Your thread will get shut down soon. Your best bet is to start an intro thread.

Once you make twenty posts you can start threads on any topic.

That is fine if it gets shut down. I am not trying to post a bunch of stuff just to post in a certain topic like some people flood forums with. Just had a question and couldnt post in a different forum is all. I used to be able to post in the big boy forums :-D haha that was like 7 years ago though!

Oh and I don't even remember how I found out about ATS its been so long. Maybe a google search for UFO's?

Mainly just posted because like I said it was strange as I have yet to see even one at my place and now today I found 2. Probably nothing, just curious to see if anyone else noticed anything. After all if nobody posted the little things they noticed we would never discover / learn / uncover anything, and I think that's the whole reason this site exists.

www.reuters.com...

"The massive winter fish kill had appeared especially alarming because it occurred around the same time thousands of red-winged blackbirds dropped dead from the sky on New Year's Eve near Beebe, Arkansas.

Studies later concluded that the birds died from blunt force trauma possibly caused by unusually loud noises."

Ok so the bird is a Cedar Waxwing...not uncommon to the area. Like I said probably nothing it was just weird having two at the same time when I have yet to see a dead bird at this house.
