Is something new trying to enter our lives?

I feel the same way but I get excited and find it interesting trying to unravel the puzzle before it happens just so I can say I was right! I will stay positive, fearless, inquisitive and in awe of the whatever is going to happen.

i have felt this "change in the air' as well. but i always like to say we laugh, we cry, we live and die, but did we do it the best way? i think its a new awareness of our humanity, and the things that "we the people" allow to happen every day.

I was saying the exact same thing to my wife the other day about there being a certain "anxiousness" in the air.

btw - I'm 43, married, 2 kids and a programmer as well. I don't sky dive but I do drink alot of beer. :-)

Perhaps, one of the wiser things for us (who can feel 'this something in the air'), is to use our consciousness/awareness wisely send blessings and loving energy to/into what is coming and in creation/development.

We need to realize we are apart of what is in effect, which means we have influence upon it.
There lets use our positive energy/power wisely and for good.
Focus on positive creation in as many ways and in every way both possible (and impossible to our understanding).

I do believe however the instant speed of information is making the world a smaller place or your empathic perceptions and Magic are fading to real life. Thought I would chime in and say that I have also been feeling a little different these days. Kind of like a feeling of nervousness/anxiousness even though there is no reason for me to be feelng this way. Like waiting for something to happen.

I was not alive back when it happened, but it reminds me of how a family friend described the feeling during the cuban missile crisis. Everyone just sitting around waiting to see if the world was going to end or not. A feelng of being powerless as well, like just waiting for the inevitable. I don't at all think the world is going to end, but it sure feels like something is afoot and judging by the amount of replies... many feel the same way.

I wonder if you had written this thread 6 months ago if it would have received the same response? Impossible to tell obviously, but it would be interesting if there was a similar thread done previously which received very little attention, then we would know for sure that there really is something talking to our subconsious or which ever term you like to use.

Keep an open and quiet mind and see what comes up. That's what I'm going to do.

I would like to say to you. I started feeling these things a year before joined ATS, i actually joined to gain some insight on whats happening...

I love to read the articles and responses for the most part on ATS, but this one I had to log in for. This is exactly how I have been feeling for about the last 7 years now. I couldn't describe things better if I tried. I have been saying something big is coming down the pike and I can feel it within every fiber of my being. If you are looking only for something tangible or facts, I cannot give them to you, but I have discovered in my 53 years of life, some things you just know, that you know, that you know. I just sit and wait and carrying on with my mundane life has been getting more difficult over the last few years because the tension sometimes feels like it is rising to a crecendo or feverish pitch. In all my years this is one of if not the oddest experience and sensation I have ever felt. I am just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Not trying to knock your opinion but if it seems far to early for the end of the world. If your referring to the bible, Doesn't America have to make a truce with Israel before anything happens?? I personally think this "cosmic awakening" is a separate event.

I laughed because it sounded funny. I agree though, I probably shouldn't laugh. reiki is a very serious problem. people who should be getting real treatment are being conned into getting this feel good BS. Apologies for going off topic.

yeah i feel it too, like a restlessness / awareness. i dont know why we're all starting to feel it spose its like entering a room of angry people / happy people and even when you dont know whats happened you can feel a certain mood.... if that makes sense lol

My friends, I can tell you this. I have a feeling that is overwhelming me as well. Since I read this post and found that more people are having these strange tense feelings I decided to come forth and tell you a few things. There is a major change happening to us. It is affecting every one of us individually but as a whole. The truth is what you need to believe in. The true being of us, our planet, universe and everything else around us. We all need to be connected on a spiritual level once this change occurs. As some of you mentioned, you do not see the light and feel like you cannot accomplish anything. Call me crazy but something is pushing me to write this right now. Everyone must be positive. Everyone must let themselves feel peace and love. One must forget individual wants and needs. One must let this feeling take over. I am not saying to completely forget. All I am trying to say is we all need to be positive and see the big picture of what is really happening to us and everything around us. Only then will the people that are feeling the emptiness and darkness can they see the light. You will not be in a tunnel looking at the light my friends, you will be in the light itself. That is when you will realize what is happening, you will be safe and you will be in peace. We all know why this is happening and I thank everyone that is trying to warn people for warning me in time. Once one realizes this we must spread it. We all have to be in the same vibration with everything else around us, including earth. Everyone will believe in the end. The ones that believe now are the ones that are the most powerful souls on earth. Especially when it comes down to peace. Please listen and please spread this information my friends. We are not living in the end of times, we are living in the end of one age into another. We are evolving, we must let it happen. Notice that we are thinking more spiritually and more like the our ancient brothers and sisters once did. They wanted to warn us when the time came. The time is now. 2012 is not the end of the world. The Chinese were told by one of their greatest sage that there would come one they are to follow for he will put them on the right path. There are two of them, so which path/person are you to follow?

Here in the USA, I see middle class is fairly content, and the upper class, there is no real issue other than their 401k's net worth is 2.3 million instead of the 4 plus it should been had the stock market not been so turbulent. The people struggling, well that is where there is a revolution building. That class is growing at an alarming rate. If the government wants to stop what ever is possibly coming, they need to fix this fast! (perhaps where the sudden change in tune in regards to the war in Iraq?) we will see where things go but I'm not so sure a full blow revolution will come to fruition.

The age of pisces is ending and the Age of Aquarius will be starting soon.

There's an aisle in Whole Foods with incense and burners and candles and such, and in that aisle is a rack with reiki charged crystals. Whenever I am near that rack with the reiki crystals, I feel the zing of energy released. I also discussed this with my sister, who is also sensitive and loves crystals, and she said the same thing, she gets that zing from the reiki cyrstals. Too bad some people are not sensitive enough to feel it.
