I've been asking this question for the past 9 mths here, and not one person, can lay down any proof of crimes against humanity on Gaddafi.

They normally scream about lockerbie, without any knowledge of the lockerbie bombing, other then the news told me so.

Anyway good luck in finding someone who can tell what gaddafi did wrong with proof.

I am unconcerned with details that now don't matter.

What matters now is that Islamists have removed a democratic government to install their own in Tunisia. That the entire Maghreb is in the process of a mass take over by the same group that just took over Libya.

LOL 2! It is the 19th, one day before he was supposed to be murdered. The video must have been uploaded by someone in Libya. Check the time stamps. It's impossible what you are suggesting.

Here the latest VIds from libya, and are graphic, but in the vid, you can clearly see the Qatari Soldiers, who drag him very much alive, onto the truck, and hand him over to the rebels.

Ah, so it was a joint effort by American drones and Arab League soldiers that captured Gaddafi; Not the so-called rebels.

Dictators have had doppelgangers since forever. I can't tell by the video if that's him or not. It could be just some poor sap that looks like him and (previously) worked for him.

I really doubt that a body double would put on such an act. The guy in the video looks dignified, as if he knew this was his fate. He wasn't screaming "I'M NOT THE REAL GHADDAFI"; he did say "what did I ever do to you" though.

I say he is still alive, and at any rate, my hypothesis is as good as anyone else's. Better in fact, as I have not been proven to be lying, nor have I been caught falsifying or fabricating evidence.

All the alleged films and photos that have surfaced as evidence are worthless.

By way of example, how exactly does one go about encoding pictures and videos of an event which happened 24 hours later?

I think the videos are authentic. I believe they were released by the "rebels" on the ground first and mainstream media had no choice but to go along with what was already out there or risk heavy criticism.
