On this site, they claim these are symptoms of abduction..many are also symptoms of awareness during sleep paralysis. SP is most likely the cause for alarm in most cases of seemingly alien abduction.

I researched this because my first Out of body experience began with someone grabbing me and skyrocketing into the air, then I was simply elswhere...It was incredible and very real seeming. It was also during an episode of sleep paralysis which I later found was the basis for many of these "alien abductions"

Since the experience many years ago, I have been able to induce similar situation, with effort. I have had similar experiences, knowing I have never left the room, for there were others in the house to attest to this.
