Oh man...
Be more worried about the Percocet addiction than the Adderall. She will need some serious support to stop. She will have to WANT to stop, first.
Taking them from her will surely drive a wedge between the two of you. Bluntly, and in no uncertain terms, tell her that you know she has a problem.
She will probably freak out, get very angry, and not talk to you. Do not waver on this, regardless of how she reacts.
She should eventually start to question herself, "Am I really an addict...?"...she will also try and justify her use by any means necessary. She
will probably alternate between these two states of mind for a while. This is going to be insanely difficult for both of you.
When/If she knows she has a problem and WANTS to quit, take her to NA. You can taper the medication if you want, but in the end it is still going to
suck. Opiate withdrawals are no joke. They last far longer than you think, the Post Acute Withdrawals are not fun either. I will U2U you with more
information, I don't want to get in trouble.
