CNN Reporter Tries to Cliam That 2 of thirds of Greeks Want To Stay In EU, notice how Diana Magnay was having a hard time trying to tell the lie?

Unions representing half of Greece's workforce call for a 48-hour general strike. CNN's Diana Magnay reports.

I got add that they just a minority, two, thirds of the greek public believe that greece should must stay in the european union

The CNN reporter tries this at the 1:00 mark its a true classic of propaganda and disinformation of course CNN had to defend the european union its falling apart, what better way to it by making a lie that a poll cliamed that greeks must, should in the falling apart european union?

The greeks dont want to stay in the european union alot of greek people want greece out of the european union i am not sure which poll CNN was referring to.

One More Thing i wanted to add please dont call tthe greek people slobs or lazy because the greeks arent lazy they work alot longer now then most european union countries people cant take a vacation, immgrants dont have rights to citizenship unless you have money.

So no greeks arent lazy i just wanted to point this one out.

CNN caught lying is like politicians caught lying. Whoever pays the bills, makes the story. They're all just actors. I'm glad so many people have caught on. They'll say the greek people asked for martial law soon enough. "2/3 of greeks want martial law and lower wages and paying the debts of banks they never signed on for, and now the weather."

Two things i noticed

1.She was struggling just enough to say the lie at 0:59 re watch it so you can how she was struggling, if your a reporter working for a major news network, the best thing to do is just say the lie without struggling to say it.

2.Yes the way she was with her expression of her face

Ah that fake poll did you know who made that newspaper?

It was created by Georgios Vlahos and was then owned by his daughter, Eleni Vlahou, and her husband, retired submarine commander Constantine Loundras. Vlahou, a prominent Athens socialite in her youth, came to be considered the Grande Dame of Greek journalism. She sold the title shortly before her death. Kathimerini has been owned by Aristidis Alafouzos since 1988.

Well its no wonder why its a such short poll

According to the Kathimerini newspaper, 63% of Greeks have a "positive" opinion of the euro and 66% say that re-adoption of the drachma would be a negative development for the ...

If the 63% of Greeks really have a "positive" opinion of the euro wheres the proof? i dont see it there, and also the newspaper have been pro austerity.

well, i am not a psychiatrist to see what you mean, could be that she just had to breath in to continue talking.
do you refer to the banking sector ? that a going out of the euro by greece would cost big banks a lot of money, so there are big interests in keeping greece inside the euro zone ?

As it stands at the moment, massive cuts are inevitable at this point, as far as I'm aware there is no alternative.

Without the €8bn (£7bn) cash injection Greek officials have acknowledged the deepening debt crisis means they will be unable to pay public sector wages and pensions from next month.

The IMF has projected Greece's public debt to GDP ratio to be 189% next year

No Greeks are not lazy and they are victims in all of this. However, they have spent decades upon decades trying to think up ways of not paying taxes. This is fact and backed up by the Greek governments own statistics.

Even now, after more than a year of hard hitting austerity, some TOWNS have filed tax returns of around 18,000 euros. The Greeks shouldn't be in the euro and shouldn't be forced to pay for political mistakes that tied them t it. That said, why should i, as someone who lives in the eu, have my tax money go to bail out greeks that don't pay tax? Frankly, the whole situation stinks from every view point
