It truly goes to show how quickly life can be taken away.
I was a pit crew member for an Indycar team a few years ago and I have had my leg run over in pit lane and almost hit by crashing cars twice. Now I know some of you will say, "Well he knew the risks when he got into the driver seat". And yes thats true, but tons of safty measures have benn put into place to keep injury from occuring.

its one of my favourite sports to watch but have seen alot of good people die during my lifetime.

this is one of the biggest accidents i've ever seen.
