Pumped Up Kicks

Me and kids would ride and listen to this song, not knowing the title or lyrics at first, and it was mesmerizing.

Now that I have finally found it, it is extremely 'hypnotic' and amazing. Apparently it's the hottest thing right now.

And rightfully so.....

When you read the lyrics, it will become quite obvious of the theme. Bullied kids-turned-shooters.

Ok....some of you are going to immediately write the song off, but from my research, the lead singer wrote to explain the mentality of some of these teen, namely Columbine.

Again, it is rather catchy and I promise you won' get it outta your heads

I liked the song when it first came out, but the radio has really overplayed it. Then, the more I heard it, the more I realized it was simply repetitive. It has two verses, and the rest is just a repeat of the chorus. Songs that are catchy like this one do that quite often.

But also, songs that are catchy and simple will die faster than most other songs, at least in my opinion.

I hope not....

Its hauntingly addictive.... I think that yes, it is soooo hot that that it may be difficult to top this one....

but either way, I think the nation has come to LOVE it.

I don't know how good of a song it is for kid's

I remember watching the video when it had about 20,000 views

i kinda like this song too. But yes, it is terribly overplayed on the radio. To me though, its one of those songs, that just gives me the feeling that the rest of the album is crap.
