Wierd.....

hello, i saw a topic about this a few weeks ago but i couldnt find it so i made my own. im not sure if this belongs in the NWO forums....

yesterday from about 3:30- about 4:10 yesterday in the middle of the night a message kept coming on and off my tv saying "St. Charles Community Emergency" in bold yellow lettering, with a blue background, you couldnt see anything other than that, i changed the chanel to CNN right away and the same thing was on there. the only chanels that didnt have it were NBC and one other chanel. i havnt really been happy with our cable company right now, they have long downtimes sometimes for a day or two. i am thinking about calling them to ask them what the message was all about, i have seen warnings but never like this before.
