I agree, there is much greed at the banks and other corporations, but greed begins at the Federal Reserve. Check out the video and other info in this thread about it.

I am of the same mind as the OP. However the fact others are out trying to give a voice and bring these issues to light for others to understand is something we haven't had in the past generation. I for one work, own a home and am married with a child in college. We basically live paycheck to paycheck. We have very little debt at this point aside from 2 mortgages. We have limited our use of banks to transactions which there is no other choice. Seems we are back to the days of my grandparents and keeping the majority of our money in our own safekeeping. No trust with banks anymore. Sure we don't make interest besides what little interest is paid out on savings accounts anyhow?

I spent two very full days protesting the Federal Reserve here in Chicago on my time off. My sign called for non-renewal of the Feds charter in 2013. There were several dozen of us though the majority of the protests took place a bit farther down in the financial district. I feel every American needs to know the TRUTH of the matter and the truth begins with the Federal Reserve committing criminal acts which has manipulated the financial system of not just the USA but the world!

Say No To The Federal Reserve!

I think getting the money out of politics addresses all lobbyists

The banks are the kingpins.. The fractional reserve money system is the mechanism used. Wall Street is the facilitator.

That said, there is much good on Wall Street. Unfortunately the bad guys have gained way too much control of it as well. Purge the bad elements and Wall Street will be once again be something of which we can be proud.

That would be a wonderful day when that happens, big lobby groups should be illegal

I agree, if someone is unemployed for a long, long time it's because of their own actions and habits. There are many different ways to get employed and/or make a buck legally.

This for example...

www.fourhourworkweek.com...

Do you get paid for posting that link?

Is that what you're doing right now? (for work)
Have you tried it?
Did you purchase anything from the creator of the program?
Just wondering.....I actually thought you were a spammer....

There are ways still to become rich and successful, we get that. We just want the money out of politics and the federal reserve to stop stealing our and our country's money

I keep saying it over and over and over again! You need to go for the source! You need to go after the FEDERAL RESERVE! It shouldn't be "Occupy Wall Street"! Who do you think controls Wall Street? The people in the building? The people on the floor? SOMEONE is telling the little guy inside to buy and sell! If you look at any one working on floor, you will see that they’re all talking with someone on their handy dandy headsets, ear phones, cell phones, sat phones, etc.! Who do think that would be? Do you think the guys/girls working at the stock exchange are making millions? I doubt it! Most of them are just regular people like you and me, just trying to pay the bills. I cannot find the video, but I saw one where the protesters were confronting the brokers. Why? If I had any control at Wall Street, I would have everyone get up and march to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Right there on 33 Liberty Street. I would be more than happy to map quest directions, subway routes, and bus routes leading there.

While doing a search, I came across this YouTube video from Alex Jones. If you want a different perspective what’s going on in America, you have to see the video. It makes all the sense in the world! It has changed my outlook. I hope it changes yours as well! You’ll have to forgive the guy; he’s a little upset! Also, please try to watch the whole video.....

I asked what people were fighting for. And instead of seeing the bigger picture which involves the fed, some assumed I was against the cause. I see a lot of energy from folks; I’m just asking people to focus it where it needs to be. People are upset! I am upset! BUT again, the problem is the fed! At the end of the day, it is all about the money. If you have control of the money, you have control of everything else.

Nope

Nope, but I've read the whole article, and it's looks to be great method on an alternative way of getting a job besides the regular - apply for a job ad - send in your resume and letter - go to an interview - route. I know enough people who have gotten jobs because of connections and networking instead of via job ads...

Did you purchase anything from the creator of the program?

Nope.

i agree losing our manutfacturing base was a big pitfaal to over come why all the talking heads in the media and on the hill been trying to ramm down our throats we need to be a service based economy why that leads to economic stagnation not growth. the fastest growing ecomimies seem to be the ones doing the most manurfacturing.

Your equivalent is the Bank Of Canada. I'm not saying they're as ridiculous as the fed (lending 500,000,000,000 to foreign banks but umm.. we're.. uhh not sure which ones...?) but in essence, all central banking is conducive to corruption and oppression of the people through inflation. At least you can't say your bank helps fund wars..

Read the Creature From Jekyll Island.. it's a lot of book, but it will tell you everything you need to know about the history of banking, as well as the true history of a lot of events in the past few centuries. Good, honest, and heavily sourced history, filled with a lot of the most condemning quotes you've ever heard, to keep you fascinated and infuriated

How about blaming all of them..? They're pretty much all interconnected and working together to transfer wealth from the poor/middle class to the rich at this point.

I don't think the Occupy protests will do much good. Their message is too sporadic and "entitled." Plus, it's not like the powers that be are going to cede their power willingly.

The only way to change the status quo power system and its idealogy is through the vote of your dollars.

How do YOU spend your money?

- Do you go to Wal-Mart and other discount stores to get the cheapest prices on everyday goods? Just about every penny you spend there goes to China.

- Do you bank with the big banks that control financial policy? Every penny they make off of you and your money helps them stay in control of the way they want to do business.

- Do you buy products that are Made in China or Made in India or anywhere in Asia? Then you are supporting, in many instances, literal slave labor and otherwise slave labor living conditions... not to mention funding jobs overseas.

- Do you buy local goods from local merchants? If so, then you are one of the few who invest in their community by making their purchases count. Yes, it usually costs more but the quality is greater and you're bringing jobs to your community and keeping the dollars in your area, which makes you so much better off.

The way you spend your dollar counts so much more than you think... and if you can get a group of like-minded patriots who want to bring jobs back to America and spark the economy, then you just have to buy local goods from local merchants whenever possible.

When you can't buy locally made or grown goods from local merchants, at least try to buy something Made in USA from a local merchant. When I can't find that, I look for something made in the Americas before I buy anything that came on a boat.

It takes a little adjustment at first, but it becomes a way of life... a way of supporting your fellow man and woman in the USA instead of funding multinational corporations and overseas jobs.

This Hydra has many heads; Wall Street, the Federal Reserve, The “Government”, and each of these heads must be removed in order to kill the beast, as well as removing anyone who willfully tasted of this wicked monster’s teat and become tainted by its poison.
To pry the bone from the Hydra’s jaws will ultimately get you bit. The only way to obtain the objective of a free world, where all men may live fulfilling lives, is to slay the monster. They will not go down without a fight, and neither shall we. The time to remind these “elites” that the majority rule is now.
