Thought this was interesting.

A few days ago, i was watching the news when they aired a story about businesses forming thier own private police forces. I searched the channel's website, WECT, but couldn't find anything about it.

Now they're not just your run-of-the-mill security guards. These people have full arrest rights. they look very much like ordinary police men/women. Anyone have any thoughts about this?
