I was just thinking about this the other day. What would be the point of depopulating down to a certain number when within a year they would again be exceeding that number and within a couple years would have to kill people all over again because all the ones left reproduced?

The reason they do that is because they want to break down all borders to bring in their one world government. They will start in America by bringing in the North American Union with America, Mexico, and Canada. Don't worry they still plan on killing almost everyone but they have a well layed out plan.
