There has been an incredible public relations campaign done by greedy billionaires to convince us that they are saints. They have been trying to polish their filthy image in the eyes of the people, lest the people awake and crush them.

Billionaires are no saints, they are filthy, greedy people, they are moneygrubbers, who spend day after day thinking about making more more more. Billionaires are not humanitarians, they are self-serving swine, who see themselves as a higher entity than everyone else.

Billionaires do not play fair, they steal from the people’s treasuries, via, bailouts, handouts and government grants (In 2010, GE made $14.2 billion in profit, paid $0 taxes and still got a $3.2 billion government grant). Billionaires avoid paying taxes, they try to find a million tricks to keep as much money as they can.

Thus, the charity, the classical charity of Bill Gates and other billionaires. These charities are all frauds, yes that’s right, frauds, pure frauds. 96% of all donations stay within the organization, in the form of corporate research and administrative costs. The other 4% is sprinkled ever so slowly on the heads of the poor. But, Bill Gates would have saved much more than that 4% in tax write offs.

So what is a billionaire’s charity?

Simple and plain, these selfish people are control freaks. They hate the idea of paying taxes and losing control over their money. So, they open up organizations that they still control, they avoid paying taxes, they maintain control over their capital, directing its flows however they like, and, they look good in front of the people. Can you say fraud?

The whole thing is nothing but a scam. Bill Gates, for example, is among hundreds of billionaires who donate to their own charities, and let me tell you, donating to your own charity is like taking money out of one pocket and slyly putting it in another.

For all the supposed charity work that people like Bill Gates or Oprah do, if they ACTUALLY cared about doing something, they could literally take Ethiopia from a third world nation to a first world nation in a SINGLE DAY.

What you are saying is RIGHT ON THE MONEY so to speak, emphasis on money.

They seem to be doing good, donating so much money, but when you have THAT MUCH MONEY, it's really only a pittance, and it's done, just as you say, for public relations reasons.

Your post is excellent, sir or madam.

Indeed. Bill Gates claimed he wanted to give all his money away yet still he has around 50 billion while sponsoring evil programs around the 3rd world in the name of "help". I also read somewhere (long time ago) that The Salvation Army was a Rothschilds charity, yet they come knocking at my door for money. I refuse to donate to certain charities. Anything connected with a church, a Rothschild or a Bill Gates. But then I have no money to donate either so I guess they ain't missing too much. Oh, and Cancer Research. They suck balls.

Man i really hate it when people rag on gates. He worked hard to get where he is. He wasn't from a rich family, he didn't have ties with any of the global bankers, he actually made something very useful and created a company from it.

Sure microsoft is a huge multi billion dollar corporation now, but the man behind it worked very hard and legit to make it there.

Good post, I agree.

It is more like a custom to give money to charities than an act of compassion.

It is simply one way of moving cash in order to reduce tax burdens.

It is also why wealthy people put their money into property etc., they have to spend money in order to not pay so much in taxes. Tax havens, offshore finance, all benefit the rich, but it shifts the tax burden onto labour, and increases wealth inequality.

The root of the problem is capitalism, the private ownership of the means of production.

Instead of charities, if the means of production were owned by the people we would be able to produce what we need, without the burden of the private owner taking the majority of the wealth labour creates, and hiding it in offshore banks and businesses were they create more wealth with no tax burden. We the people end up paying for the government to send us to wars that benefit only those capitalists.

Capitalism is the biggest scam ever played on the people.

Try reading this:

en.wikipedia.org...

I dont personally agree with some of what Bill Gates uses his money for, but I still have to admit he is a great philanhtropist.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (B&MGF or the Gates Foundation) is the largest transparently operated[4] private foundation in the world, founded by Bill and Melinda Gates. It is "driven by the interests and passions of the Gates family".[5] The primary aims of the foundation are, globally, to enhance healthcare and reduce extreme poverty, and in America, to expand educational opportunities and access to information technology. The foundation, based in Seattle, Washington, is controlled by its three trustees: Bill Gates, Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett. Other principal officers include Co-Chair William H. Gates, Sr. and Chief Executive Officer Jeff Raikes. It had an endowment of US$33.5 billion as of December 31, 2009.[3] The scale of the foundation and the way it seeks to apply business techniques to giving makes it one of the leaders in the philanthrocapitalism revolution in global philanthropy,[6] though the foundation itself notes that the philanthropic role has limitations.[5] In 2007, its founders were ranked as the second most generous philanthropists in America.[7] In 2010, its founders had started The Commission on Education of Health Professionals for the 21st Century titled as "Transforming education to strengthen health systems in an interdependent world".[8]

OP, I see that you hate the wealthy, and you're a communist socialist marxist. Let me guess, you are unemployed, and you receive checks from the state? That's usually the case with anyone who has a problem with the rich.

Every rich person has worked hard to earn their money, they are free to do whatever they want with it.

Instead of hating these great, flawless human beings for being what you aren't, why don't you get yourself a minimum wage job cleaning piss off of the floor, work hard like the people who were born with trust funds have, and maybe one day you'll get to the point where you can use charities to control money and lobbyists to write laws that favor you! What's that you say? Oh, you have two degrees? What does that matter? Work hard at a minimum wage job, and you'll be rich just like they are! Every rich person started off scrubbing toilets! You are poor because its your own damn fault! What's that? You were making decent money prior to 2008, but your employer closed and you were laid off? That's your fault! If you worked harder, maybe your employer wouldn't have gone into the tank! Instead of an unemployment check to help make ends meet while you look for work, forgo unemployment and clean my piss off of the floor at McDonalds. A few years of that will have you in the penthouse in no time!!!

Lazy communist!! Paris Hilton worked hard for her wealth, while you sit on your ass all day! The reason you're not rich like she is? Because you are LAZY.

Just kidding, S&F Op

S&F OP. It's about time someone called these "charities" for what they are. A ripoff. Plain and simple. All of them. When I give from my pocket or possessions, I give to individuals, not organizations.

Don't let these con artists lay their guilt trips on you. They could care less about starving children, or any other humanitarian cause. And they sleep quite well at night because they have no conscience.

Although I have always had a hunch that the thesis of the OP is true, there is an appalling dearth of information that would confirm it one way or the other.

Financial records from most foundations aren't available for public perusal (quelle surprise).

If anyone can find info that would confirm the OP, I'd be a grateful monkey.
