I know you're going to make more assumptions but here goes...

Lower and middle class citizens have, over the years, slowly been stripped of their social freedoms, their justice, and their own economic freedom in america...when they stand up and fight for it...it is claimed socialist...I can see how it can be seen as such...but it's not right...

When 84% of the total wealth is owned by the top 20% of americans...it's plain to see that the middle class really isn't the middle class but the lower class separated by a large heap of money that seems to be made up out of thin air...

The lower and middle class does not have the luxuries of the upper 20% simply because they are one lay-off or tragedy away from being bumped down into the lower class...

I do not fight for fully socialist ideas...I fight for social freedom and mostly equal society where the "american dream" exists not only in our dreams...but in reality...

It's all okay, no body in the movement is being fooled by the "taboo" words like Socialist - Communist - or whatever...
Of course there are socialist and communists and probably even people who hate dogs, because it's about everyone... No one is gonna let the movement be co-opted either... Those rules are already in place and quickly spread on the ground at the movement sites... Peaceful respectful and no affiliation with a group unless the group is seperate from the movement and is merely there for support (like the transit union in NYC)... This time it's about people just everyday people... Think of how the Stewart/Colbert rally went but this is much bigger...

Occupy Britain starts pretty soon too. Pissed off students, pissed off lower class citizens and the likely-hood of people laid off while the bankers earned a huge profit. I can see this turning pretty bad. Just one spark.

You know the UK police are sneaky bastards too, remember they placed a Matrix-Van in the middle of the students and basically said GO WILD!! Then on the news STUDENTS ATTACK POLICE VAN... Time for the people to rise.

You have a right to assemble peaceably and protest. Provided that you have obtained a city permit and are respectful of the law.

But no one can guarantee your safety or those around you and if you are violent, vandalize and are lawless you should be arrested.

Where in the constitution does it say you need a permit to protest or exercise your freedom of speech. Show me one line in our Constitution that we need a permit to protest or speak our minds STFU.

What happens when the law is not respectful of you and violate your rights. What then? You have no Clue do you?

We didn't take an oath to defend the constitution? Than maybe we don't have to follow it, I mean we didn't take an oath or anything to defend it. So if we are not defending it. Why should we follow it.

Nowhere in the constitution does it say you have to be permitted to protest or practice free speech. No one is looting or vandalizing. Getting in peoples way and shutting down streets. Well isn't the point of a protest to get the attention of the masses? There is no violence at all from these protesters. But apparently according to your definition they should all be locked up because they don't have a permit and are violent, looting, vandalizing protesters. I think you need to get a permit to post in these forums. You have no idea what your talking about. Nor in my opinion are you an American. You probably support Obama too. You are awesome.

Nothing's going on. just a bunch of hippie kids with no jobs mad about something they can't even explain. in a few days they'll all go home and go back to playing their nintendo or whatever they do these days, ipad or some other useless crap. They'll go back to thinking iraq and afghanistan and pakistan and libya did 911, vaccines are good for you, that we have to spend money we don't have in order to make money, that we need socialized bail outs for the banks and privatized profits for people, and that we need more war to spread our great and wonderful democracy but grandma bubba jane needs to keep working in order to get her social security, which she paid in to all her life, to pay grand pappy's diabetes medicine and heart medicine, this same democracy that put us where we are today.
