Telekinesis is moving things using your mind. If you're going to try telekinesis, you have to be relaxed, clear of thoughts, and you have to be able to concentrate on that object and nothing else. Some people think you should meditate before trying to use telekinesis.

You have to be very dedicated because it can take years to learn, but I think it's worth the wait. Think of your goal in your head, imagining it over and over, thinking of nothing but the object and your goal. Do this for as long as you're comfortable with, and do it daily

After some time you will start to see results. I've found that light things are easier to start with. Some experiments are: Rolling a pen touching it less each time, using a light piece of paper is pretty easy, a toothpick in water, trying to make the fire of a candle lean to one direction, a feather in a bottle, balancing a spoon on the edge of a glass and trying to make the spoon rock off, and last but pretty easy is bending silverware or keys. Bending silverware is a little different. You hold the object of choice in your hand, and you feel the surface as you imagine in your head bending the silverware.

The time it can take puts me off telekinsis until I realized it is not so much the time or what the result is, but that with higher frequency, and attempting to activate the "muscles" we have allowed to flabby, we are basically excercising or activating a part of our minds, lying dormant.

And this can result in healing.

For example the qigong balls to me, are something I would imagine as healing energy.

Telekinesis - Psychokinesis

There is a lot more I'm interested in touching on, … i need to include remote viewing, astral, lucid tips, remote healing, remote viewing, telepathy, insight and using photos including scent, clairolfactory, which is something that happens with me. And even leading into retrievals for some people, helping people in the astral.

I want to share an experience with clairolfactory. Was looking at wonderful gardens, images, of a phsycist and pyshic's magnolia garden and park like setting, Nicolai. There were several images that caught my attention, due to the shape of the trees, and their energy. I could see how Dr. Seus, could study a tree, and create a whimsical long necked character for a book, because this is something that opened a window and a rabbit hole for me.

When looking at one picture, of a tree with a very whimsical long neck, and almost alpaca shaped head, suddenly I was stepping into the energy of the pictures, and could smell the trees, the landscape, quite vividly, and this has happened before even stargazing, soil and dampness, life, above.

In this case, I could feel the sap rising or flowing, its hard to explain for it was foreign to us, not akin to our pulse, and yet, vitality, health, energy and a kind of grace or spiritual energy as well, almost like a temple and this joy associated with this health.

Last night, before falling asleep, I remembered this, and suddenly the scent and sights appeared, of a forest, thick and lush and was running my fingers over the bark, suddenly it seemed like I was entering in, and had images of the most beautiful unsusual architecture, of homes and dwellings, made of wood, some where platforms in trees with angled sloped ramps, and it suddenly sped up from graceful to a little disturbing to me, as there was a loneliness and yet a connection between them but it was like infinite complex fractals, in nature, spiralling, and ever more intricate, almost like incredible channels or realms and yet had a foreign feel with nature, insects, nests, birds thrown in, as if children of this realm.

This was vivid, clear, and haunting but foreign too, it slowed down and shifted when I felt overwhelmed back to the architecture. Back to touching the barks of trees.

Then I fell asleep.

Its a labor of love so to speak. And have walked away, just as the moments come, adding more. Inspirations on the journey. In the times ahead, we need to work on our programs, weeding them out, and letting God/Goodness/Love in, and also, staying in the heart, pulling back to the heart resonance, there are no programs there. Seeking within our hearts, and paying attention to nature, gettting in tune with nature to be Guided for whatever comes ahead. And greeting the energy that is coming in, rising to the occasion. That is, can we stand in its frequency? We need to raise ours to rise to this?

When will the crafts come in, many ask? Well, they're here and some have always been here, its when will we rise to the ocassion of seeing them?

Its about Love, of course.

I just watched and it inspired the heck out of me. I've had some interesting pics with my camera, lots of orbs, and colors in the sun.

Did this meditation today and it was quite powerful, felt Spirit really strongly. Don't normally do guided, but this felt like I was in the company of Love, so a strong experience.

This is such a profound connection to your Source, Higher/Infinite Self, Father/Mother, and healing for all your energetic bodies, and as you're connected to Mother Earth/Gaia, your body is made from her, it is a global healing of earth and all karma, past karma, the collective consciousness.

I mean WOW. This is such a profound experience. Guidance, connection and guidance comes, answers. I had my youngest son interrupt and some disturbances, and thought Oh, I have to do it again, and no, Guides stepped in, just roll that off, its nothing, just send lots of love to those energetic boys, and breathe in the healing golden energy and breathe out that tension and just continue, and was instantly flooded again with this wonderful energy. Healing the minerals, crust, oceans, and all the water, air, dolphins leaping, its very complete, like covers everything.

I just want to thank Father/Mother, my Infinite Self, all who tireless work for Love and Goodness and Healing on every level, and also James. Thank you so much, just no words can even express that. Love you.

Note there are some that can't bear to hear the words, we are gods. I am one. I don't even like calling God God, as its a pyramid name, and I like the pyramid turned upside down to full equality, though there are infinite levels and grades....though the Infinite Self is something to understand and our connection to our Source, Spiritual Parents. Christ did use this terms as well, but empowered light beings work too. I just decided to see it as Christ spoke of here: John 10:34-36 I'm probably the only one that has this paranoia, probably everyone else already gets that, but brought it up just in case. We all contain the Divinity or Spark of Divinity however we see this, all of us. We have a Oneness and are created in the likeness of our Spiritual Parents.

I would hope everyone joins in not only cleansing all ties to karma and 4d/shadow type connections, greys, negatives, the past, but participates in connecting to their Higher Selves, invites the Divine/God energy and all who serve the Highest Love and Goodness, to assist, and to send healing to Mother Earth, all the oceans, whales, dolphins, all of life, that earth will heal, uplift, progress, in the most peaceful beneficial way to life upon this planet and that we will rise to the occasion and meet God/Goodness/Love and the Higher Energies for the good of everyone, the happiness, uplifting of everyone.

Just to show what his meditations are like and the wisdom he has/demonstrated, I've taken notes on this one, I'm doing. First the preliminary, what he says. So part one:

--We're still getting emails from people that are really having a tough time right now with the shifts and with the energies coming in.

And it is really important to shift into that OBSERVER, become the Observer, and just watch this stuff, don't emotionally engage it, don't get angry, don't get sad, don't get upset. Don't get into fear, but shift into that Observer state.

--And do the clearings. Like today, probably around 3 30 or so, another energy came in, it was really heavy energy that I had to stop and clear it myself. The last couple nights around 1 30 at night this energy came in again, multiple entities had to do a lot of clearing around this energy.

--When you're doing this kind of work and you're really engaged in the higher consciousness and energy, as I said before, you're going to be really lighting yourself up and its going to bring things in that are in need of healing.

--Just remember this is your life, your body, your mental/emotional body, you have total control over it, nobody has the right to trespass on your space, so that's the bottom line, they also don't have the right to trespass on other people's spaces.

--It does seem like, not to get into a polarity thing, but there is a polarity thing going around, the lines are being drawn, if you look all throughout the UFO community, and within the Whistle blowers, within the Government and everything else, you're seeing a major division happening.

--You're seeing a lot of White Hats coming forward, and a lot of Dark Hats being exposed. There are people that are just fed up with the nonsense, and I just watched a video, and I have to support David Icke's courage in bringing this information out, (we're not really behind anybody 100%) but we're for people getting into your hearts 100%, that's what we're focused on.

But he has a wonderful video out now about the pyramid, and we're all conditioned to think that there is this pyramid, you have these few elite people running the country here., running everything, having control over everything, and then you have the suits, the police, the agencies, the military and everything, and those are running the show.

[--b]But the bottom line is, is that with a pyramid with no foundation, its nothing!

And the real power lies in the base of the pyramid, the bottom of the pyramid.

So when the base wakes up and figures out whats going on, this small group of people at the top of the pyramid are going down, they're not going to be able to continue in what they're doing.

And that's what's happening here on the planet.

Its inevitable. Even the dark hearts know its coming! They know all of their programs are falling apart.

--If you knew the depths of how far, deep this goes down the rabbit hole, most people couldn't handle it, you know. If you really knew what was going on, and the extent of it, you likely would just give up hope, but the good news is there is hope...

--Basically there is hope, the hope is basically coming from people waking up. Each individual, thats where the real hope is coming from. …

--We're the ones we've been waiting for, YOU ARE THE ONE YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR.

Its up to you to step into your god self (your Higher Self/Source, however you want to put it, your power or your spiritual Father/Mother's power. I see both Family above, and Higher Self), and many are doing that.


--I love what he was saying (David Icke) about all these rules and regulations and laws, and endless bills being passed right now.

They mean NOTHING! Don't give them any power whatsoever, if they are disempowering, if they are trespassing on your rights.

I mean you can't even grow your own food now, basically, with some of these bills that are trying to pass.

Its insanity at its height!

You're going to see all of this increasing to its height of craziness and insanity and tyranny before it crashes. It is going to crash, there is no place for it in the days to come. There's no support for it, and its just coming up and going out.

--The best way you can usher it out is to just walk in your own self authority.

Make your own God/self connection as we've been doing here.

--You're going to watch the Beast unravel, what you thought was black will end up being white, and what you thought white will end up being black, its going to be crazy when all this stuff unravels in the end you're just going to go woah, that wasn't anything like I thought it was, cause there is so many games being played.

--Again you have to pull out of them. Back into the Heart and just stay into the Heart and go by what you feel.

--Just be kind to each other, and be kind to the planet, that's the bottom line.

And just let this other program run its course.

It's imploding on itself, it has no support system anymore.

Part Twp:

--There are consequences by aligning with the beast, which is participating with the war and the aggression, and the greed....

--There is no where to run, you can't run from yourself. You can't run from your karma, you can't run from your consciousness, your consciousness is creating this reality. You can't fool your soul, your soul knows what's going down.

Meditation

(he says to do this in your way on other videos, according to your beliefs, this is an outline and you approach this your own way, so I avoid certain terms, ie. Gods, even though Christ said we are gods, I say Father/Mother, Mom/Dad, but tend to not really like the word God and when I say it it means Goodness, the Highest Love and Goodness)

--We're going to start again and just clear out the energies. Snow falls off the roof, and he starts to laugh. That was quick, we just cleared the snow off the roof and now we're going to clear off the entities. Again humor is very important.

--Lets welcome all entities of Love and Light, lets welcome our own appointed Masters (Teachers) whoever we feel comfortable with, those you feel connected with, you can invite them into this healing.
(Christ, the Holy Spirit, Budda, your Higher Self, Gaia, loved ones) ask for assistance. I see a whole lineup of Masters coming in right now, to assist. Lets welcome all the Masters (Teachers! I don't like the name masters or any pyraymid names!), all the Beautiful Many, (Teamwork/Good Family, the Highest Love and Goodness and those who are filled with Love and Goodness) Many saints, and sages and masters from all cultures and faiths.

I ask that they assist us in this healing, and I ask that all entities that are here for a healing, that need a healing and Love and Light, we speak to you, from (our empowered higher self, I do substitute god talk), and say to each and everyone of you that you're healed and forgiven, lifted and enlightened, you're filled and surrounded with the Highest Consciousness and Energy, (or Christ Consciousness), you're filled and surrounded with the Highest Light, and we ask the Beautiful Many to escort each and every one of you to your perfect place, and we ask that all influences that are not in our Highest and Best Good, any influences that are cohersive, manipulating draining, any energies that are not serving in the Awakening/Healing Process THAT THEY BE REMOVED. REMOVED FROM OUR FIELDS. REMOVED FROM OUR SPACE, FROM OUR ROOM AND ACTUALLY REMOVED FROM THE PLANET IN GENERAL.

And we ask all the Beautiful Many to act on our behalf and doing whatever healing measures they deem necessary.

--Today we want to just sit with this energy for a while, this energy is working on us. Know that your Guides and Teachers are assisting you.

Today again I want to connect with these Higher Masters, and do a technique that allows us to connect with these Masters (Teachers).

--So again we're going to see this energy spinning and swirling around the room, this golden white light. You can add any color you feel comfortable with, just see it spinning and swirling, filling the room, see it moving behind you, maybe two feet behind you, maybe 2 feet behind you.

Then visualize this crystalline tube that nothing can penetrate, a mirrored crystalline tube, and see this energy dissolving any heavy energies, any dark energies in every one of your cells, every atom of your being, every muscle, every joint, every organ.

--See this energy blazing through your entire body, your complete physical body.

Again we're going to see this energy blazing through our emotional body as it spins faster and faster, our mental and emotional bodies are being cleansed.

Cleansed of all thoughtforms, any mental concepts, doubt, any sadness, sorrow, guilt, everything, dissolving this all back into the nothingness. All forms of lack and worthiness. Anything keeping you from becoming One with the Source within.

--See this Light of Forgiveness blazing through your past lives, dissolving any past life experiences (I would say past life karma or grudges or things that need healing, not past life experiences).

--See it spins faster and faster, and as it spins faster and faster we will be moving up the vibrational continuim.

See it spinning faster and faster, see yourself rising up this crystalline tube, moving up and out your physical body, moving up into your etheric body.

And move up to that level of Christ Consciousness, where your Source knows itself to be man and woman, and man and woman knows itself to be Source, the merge between the two.

--Some of you can go beyond that if you wish, but we're going to at least make it to this level.

--At this level, visualize a place that you feel very comfortable in, its going to be your own sacred space. It could be nature, it could be next to a waterfall, a pond, could be in the clouds, it could be anywhere you want it, just let that space manifest.

--Before you, see a trail leading up a hill. At the top of that Hill, visualize a Being waiting for you. This Being is your main Teacher and Guide. Its your Guardian Angel. The Great Spirit, whatever you want this Being to be (perhaps Higher Self).

Just see this wonderful manifestation of Spirit on top of this hill waiting for you.

--See yourself moving down the trail, as you begin to move down this trail, you start moving up the trail. You can see this beautiful Being coming down the trail to meet you half way.

The Being is going to have something in their hands.

It's a gift, its a gift for you personally, its your own unique gift. It can be one gift, it can be three gifts.

Can visualize them in a basket, on a pillow, golden box, however you wish to visualize this, as they come to you.
--As they stand before you, see them offering this gift to you.

--Take some time. Be sure and give thanks for this Gift.

--This gift is going to be very symbolic of your mission. Who you are and why you're here.

--Reach out and accept your gift. Again giving thanks, paying homage to these Higher Aspects of Self.

--You can see yourself coming back down the path, gifts in hand. Stepping into the crystalline tube and moving back down through your third body, your astral body, into your mental/emotional and physical bodies,

--Then close the tube in around your head. We're going to leave this mirrored tube around us for a while until we get through the next few days. This wonderful silver tube, just see it totally encapsulating you. See it moving down beneath your feet, a couple feet beneath your feet, over your head and just see yourself totally capsilized in this golden white light.

--Again be aware of your body, any sensations in your body, any blocks any patterns, see this light dissolving this. Back into the nothingness.

--Feel yourself coming back, take a few deep breaths, feel yourself and move your body around.

--I'll share one thing I saw, that was quite interesting When I was going up the hill there was this golden white clouds, and energy and it was really interesting, they said, thats the gift, was this energy. It was beautiful. It looked like a sunrise or a sunset with the stuff behind it. Bright White Gold. I kept trying to see if there was an object there, but they said this was the gift. Then this being tried to step in between and that Golden White Light just went over it and he went back into that Light and disappeared. It was a being that needed some help, a disrupter.

---Thats what we need to do is have this Energy actually fill these beings in the Light and then have them take them off wherever they need to go. I actually observed the whole thing happening, it was really interesting.

I did the Japanese healing one, by James Gillliland. it was quite powerful, and there was interference. It was as if a row of dark entities, trying to block my vision and so I did this clearing, basically I asked Christ Yeshua, Mom and Dad, my Higher Self, and the Good citizens to surround them with Light/Awareness/Healing and to take them away to a suitable place for their levels/grades/frequency, and they seemed like shadow side.

Then I was surprised to discover they all reported interference by what they called disrupters in the video at the end.

Fukushima has the 9/11 vibration and like 9/11 it opened portals up. In the videos of 9/11 you can see Entities in the smoke, well in April 2011, those were in the clouds, really thick clouds moving in that had entities, greys a craft, and a big finger pointing at me. And i had done a meditation while my oldest son was in for a job interview, picturing leaping into the sky where a blond angel man just held out his hand, surprised me, also surprised me that many were up there holding light, sending joy to the shadow side and reminding them they need to choose true happiness, and sending healing, I saw light filling all the clouds/sky/extending to Fukushima.

Well, they were not happy with us, so it started pounding rain down on my car, and just then my son arrived, we drove off, and then it hailed hard on my window, and then there was some strange codes or scripts it looked like, patterns formed. Really really odd.

The atom, the second sun of radiation. Could be the dwarf star/nibiru in its own right, as this is Mr Satan so to speak, the way they have it coded.

After the meditation, saw more work being down at Fukushima and was told that the portals were being closed, and that I had helped in this, as I was directing energy in my mind deep into the chasms where the cores have melted under the ground, probably into the fault lines even, we don't know, so I was picturing the healing energy going deep into all the nuclear, and pathways, but also all the fault lines to the core, everything there, and I think closing those portals is a good thing to ask for.

I want to post this as I don't want to forget it. But I just saw what is probably a special kind of ufo, by special I mean it wasn't night time, it was broad daylight and seemed to rely on the sunlight.

I noticed it flying ahead of my car, near the suns glow, size of a plane, but more like jet/shuttle shape, bright bright white, translucent and had this kind of tumbling energy in it. Angelic looking and reminded me of something I saw in July of 09, much lower and huge, solid for a moment, after contact in meditation.

My eyes could have been failing, I know. But, as I was driving, it started to fade, and within a block out of the suns glow, vanished completely, though it was still daylight and still readily seen if a plane, it wasn't flying high or anything, more like medium height for a small plane. I kept looking but it had totally vanished, just a little ahead of the sunglow.

Then I felt this overwhelming urge to thank them. Just kind of light the light turned up inside me so I expressed joy and gratitude.

This is what I mean, I've already seen some things that disappeared in the sun light, but not so strongly jet like, so low.

I hope you find some songs that feel right, not all have the light feeling, but you would feel intuitively what helps relax you for zen mind, and meditation/prayer, seeking. Its in a sense also asking for your inner soul to guide you as well.

Thank you Unity. I have to get away from this doom stress and condemnation behavior. It's slowly killing me this negativity. Can't take any more, I tell ya. Thanks for your support and love. You know what I mean here. It has not gone unnoticed, I assure you.
