our Sun has served Earth well for almost five billion years.

it's bathed us with heat and energy. But like humans, our home star is mortal. in five billion years, it will stop nurturing its planetary offspring. the aging star will bloat out beyond the orbit of our planet incinerating all living things--including humans if we're still around.

what about in between? our sun is already expanding and seems like something is bombarding our sun everyday now, releasing massive and massiver CME, earth changes are happening right NOW and we don't know the half of it cuz of data being censored by NASA..

nothing new, the sun is just going into a solar-maximum cycle, that happens every 11 years. Nothing that is currently happening is unexpected. en.wikipedia.org...

if you are so scared of NASA, why don't you buy yourself a solar-filter and a telescope, or better yet, a Ha solar-telescope (they are now affordable), and then you can convince yourself that nothing abnormal is happening to the sun..... you can even see the sunspots for yourself, and compare it with the hysterics on you-tube.... heck, you can even have fun trying to photograph the sun, and NOT seeing a second sun....

I would start worrying in ohhh, about 3.5 billion years when the sun will go nova, lol ....

"...it would be difficult and expensive to move all humans [to a new habitable distance]. So whom do you choose? Just some elite subset of society? That would create great problems."

As if money would be anything more than an extremely nauseating and embarrassing tradition of a highly primitive past by the time we have to move, lol.

If the objective is to sustain ourselves long enough to even need to move, then money is quite obviously our most voracious and formidable enemy as a species.

To simply accept that money will be around, even in the near future, is stubborn, naive and cruel, Doctor. :/
