Footage Of Missile Hitting Pentagon On 9112001

[I originally posted this after searching for the video title here and not finding it, I looked through a number of 9/11 threads about missiles and the Pentagon to find it, to no avail. I looked at the footage as being a bit grainy but, at first glance, genuine. Then, after posting I was told it was a hoax, now, I've not been around the 9/11 block much here on ATS so I took it for granted that the people telling me it was a hoax knew for a fact it was (and they may still) however, it has been pointed out that the truth movement are always asked for proof. So, this square bracketed text was originally me saying this video has been debunked, now, I would like to find the reasons why people think this is a hoax (or genuine). I'm not gonna get my knickers in a twist if it is proved hoax, at the end of the day I don't believe the OS but I'm not a hardcore truther, being Scottish, I'm not as close to this as my American Brothers and Sisters though I do think the whole world deserves the truth (whatever that may be) now, without further ado, on with the thread...]

Apologies if this has been posted before, i searched the videos title and nothing came up. My girlfriend and i were looking through some videos of criptids and aliens when the linked videos started going into 9/11, this one appears to have surfaced lately. Of course, there are a lot of videos out there and this may just be an old one being rehashed, if so, mods, feel free to delete this.

There are just too many questions raised by the evidence given by those trying to feed us the OS, live news feeds where you see the towers exploding but no plane hitting, building 7 being the first steel structured building in the history of building to fall down due to fire, buildings 3,4,5 & 6 suffering muchg more damage than building 7 and still being able to remain standing and so on. One of the big ones for me, of course, is the Pentagon (especially since the "plane" just happened to hit the spot where the records for the missing $2.3 Trillion was.

To me this looks like pretty authentic and that certainly ain't no plane!

Does anyone else think building 7 fell out of sympathy for the rest of the WTC complex?

When it comes to 9/11 i really haven't watched many of the videos in recent years. Thanks for letting me know, when it comes to this stuff i will admit that i haven't watched many 9/11 videos in recent times, i have done a lot of reading on the subject though, i just can't get my mind round the whole thing.

So, everyone so far is saying it's a hoax.

Well, 'pics or it didn't happen' is the norm around here.

Who said it was a hoax? How was it proven to be a hoax?

You can't just say 'Hoax' and that just makes it so. If truthers have to prove their stance, then so do the believers IMO. But that's getting harder and harder to do with each passing day...right?

Oh well, keep trying.

Not only that, your entry hole is an EXIT hole on the other side of the building. Most likely caused by one of the engines of the jet.
Research on that image of the hole alone in the clip should have prevented this post from ever occurring and resurrecting this stupid hoaxed missile hit.

Congratulations. You managed to find a video on YouTube that describes every single con theory there is about 9/11. Thats a real truther theory ball of wax you got there. You couldn't find anything about all that in a search on here huh? So you just closed your eyes and at the last minute hit the enter key?

You make a good point, my reasom for accepting this was a hoax is that more experienced members have told me so, I would like to hear the reasons this has been debunked as a hoax. I think I shall further edit my OP when I get back in the house, I'm out walking the dog and star gazing right now.

Absolutely, if it's a hoax and can be proven...then I'll get behind it.

But so far the only reason for saying it's a hoax is because people are stating that it's a hoax.

Until then, it's a theory like everything else.

I've heard both sides of the coin and yet, no proof of either actually.

Mind is still open tho...

Many believe it's a hoax and offer no proof. Still more believe it's true and offer no proof either.

Hoax video. The explosion is laughable and reminicent of something from an early 90's videogame.

For starters I can prove at least part of it is fake without much effort....well.....not fake so much as misplaced truth.

And presents it as the hole from impact of something other than a plane. Well...notice the debris...its all on the OUTSIDE. This hole is in the interior courtyard through all of the interior rings. It's the pressure hole that extented all the way through the building. NOT the point of impact.

It's much larger than what the video presented. I still don't believe it's from a jet, but my take is, if I can debunk at least PART of a video, especially without trying hard, then the rest of it has to be thrown out as well.

You guys asked for pics.....and here they are.

There are people who believe a missile hit the Pentagon, after all, Donald Rumsfeld said so. However in this video, if it were authentic and not a hoax, there should be an airliner appearing near the Pentagram er, Pentagon at roughly the same time the missile arrives.

No airliner equals fake video. QED

Clue 1 Look for the 'windows cursor' at the beginning. hint: center screen
Clue 2 Look at the relative size of this supposed missile.
Clue 3 That hole in the wall was on the inside wall not the public exterior wall.
