If Satan exists, then his name is Economy

I didn't really know where to write this because it can go in a lot of places...

Take a look arround you, we are basically living in an apocaliptic world right now, riots, wars, famine and disease, and what is the main cause of this?

Money, money drives everything. Money drives people to commit horrific acts that seem to turn a human into what we may call a demon.

If we look closely we can compare the horsemen of the apocalypse to things the economy and money did:

White (conquest) - as we can see there are two ways to inrerpret this horseman either by the wars of conquest waged by the powerfull countries or by the way the most powerfull countries conquer economically other much smaller countries by the means of products. For example Coca-Cola or McDoland's, they conquered the world with their products.

Red (war) - simply by looking at our state today we can see how many wars are waged. Its like everybody needs to have a problem with someone not just countries but people in general ... Most of the time this is generated by money either directly or indirectly.

Black (famine) - take a look at how many people now do not have something to eat because they can't afford it and that is just wrong, people starve to death every day in huge numbers simply because of money.

Pale (death) - how many people die every day because of money just ask yourself this. People die because of wars, diseases, famine or crime that is driven by money in some form or another simply because they can't afford to pay for a simple cure or they can't afford a small meal so that they don't starve or because they were robed and killed by someone who needed money or was just driven by envy because he had a bit more.


Now ask yourself this, am i right? Don't you think that money and the economy are comparable to satan and the apocalypse? ..

if satan is the Economy, then God is the people who run it

it wont work.

economy is good

economy is order

economy is progress

but the people who run the economy are corrupted.

a knife is a very useful tool, but put it in the wrong hands and it becomes something else

"Good", "order", and "progress" are all very flexible terms. Although, on the surface, you would appear to be correct.

Now ask yourself this, am i right? Don't you think that money and the economy are comparable to satan and the apocalypse? ..

No, I think there is a big difference.

Satan is the manifestation of religious manipulators who used the "Satan/Hell" reference to fill seats in church and scare people into a controlable state.

Money is the human manifestaion of "God" as we see it. Money rules all and is the cause of much death.

So whats the difference?

Money is real......Satan is not. Therefore money is worse!

Well this is a rough draft of the main idea i have in mind and i wanted to get the first opinions here. I will grow this idea with time when i can put the ideas into words.

Anyway in my opinion money and economy create unnecesary differences between people, besides that money creates corruption and a lot of mess. Think about it.

Money is not the problem. It is us, the users of money, that have created the problem. We have to be sure they we understand that.

Take away the money if you want, but Man is still the same. We must change ourselves, otherwise there will always be something there to replace "money".

ETA: I understand what you mean. I just think that the problem lies within and it wouldn't matter what we call it. The problem will still exist.

Because "goodness", "progress", and "order" are all counterproductive to nature. Invented false concepts used to "rally the masses to a "cause"". Creating slaves, using others to do what ones self cannot accomplish on his or her own. Usually their causes are anything but noble, also. Though, that's only my opinion, carry on as you wish.

We will find a way to replace money but in the meantime why don't we get rid of this problem, think of the present and not of the future because the future can change even by the smallest actions.

economy creates opportunity.

Sure its not the best idea, but it works and we have been using it for thousands of years.

Yes, economy can be improved especially in regards to environmental issues and distribution.

but if we take economy out of the picture the world will not function. there will be chaos as soon.

the economy is good, in the right hands. but right now, its in the wrong hands.

For now it does creates oportunities and feeds a lot of people, but i don't think that will happen in the near future.

And just to change a small bit of your opinions i suggest you check the venus project to see that money and economy aren't the only way.

Naturally people have no need to be "fed". The earth provides, given, millions and millions of acres of natural habitat have been destroyed for personal gain, greed. There are laws in nature. They are not just ink on paper enforced by mindless robots. They are unbreakable, bendable, but unbreakable. The virgin world, is/was opportunity, at its finest. Repeat after me. RAPE.[/I][/B]
