New Poster, Ghost Picture

Hey guys I am a long time lurker here on ATS and never really post on the site. However I came across something I thought had to be posted.

A friend of mine went to an abandoned hospital and took this picture inside a sanitation chamber. He was the only one in the room and was just snapping some pictures.. And well this is what showed up...

What exactly are we supposed to be looking for/at?

It was taken on a digital camera without the flash on and in reply to DJ there appears to be a head/face floating in the middle of the chamber thing.

Slide the pic so you're seeing the center of it. Right in the middle of the autoclave is a face.

Sorry, had to. I think he's referring to what appears to be a female bust in the center of the image. It is rather blurry, but definitely there. Interesting, I wonder what it is.

What is that thing on his head? looks like a covering with other things on it...maybe something that was required to wear inside.. Would be interesting to have that image looked at by a doctor, or a historian who knows about that form of treatment.. It could help verify the image being paranormal..

white and reminds of
caps they use to wear in
a kitchen or hospital.

Okay, now for my " I am dumb"
question. I have no idea what
a sanitation chamber does in
a hospital. Someone spoke of
treatment - what does that mean?
Just wondering what kind of
chamber I am looking at here
and what kind of work would be
done in this area of the hospital.

It is a machine they use to sterilize surgical tools. I was in the surgical ward when I took the pics. Prior to the site being a hospital there was a school at the site.

I would like to research the type of hat he has on. He could be a cook, a surgical technician.. I dunno. if you would like to see the rest of the pics I took here is the link below if it works.

I took the pic with a 120 dollar digital cam/camcorder I bought from BestBuy. It was a handicam type deal.

The instrument in question is called an autoclave. It is used to sterilyze euipment, surgical untensils. Some are chemical, the older ones use pressure in combination with heat to sterilyze.

around 5 years ago. I will
try to find one or two and post
it. It was haunted, heard
a little girl in the hall calling
Mommy!
I find the cap worn interesting,
be good to get a timeline and
style for it.

I didn't realize earlier it was an autoclave... not something I would want to get stuck in one beginning its cycle.. 212* F and under pressure would be extremely painful way to go..

The thing about old hospitals and paranormal shows having shown is how many patients were criminally abused and even killed as a result of the even more insane people running those places..would love to find out some historical info on that place..

There was no glass. The door to the autoclave is open.

I saw it as soon as I looked at it. The features of a person are eerily clear.

Do you have any plans to go back to this site? If you do, maybe have other cameras, video, and audio as well.

I didn't take the picture my friend did, I just got it from him at school. He came on earlier and replied a couple times, hes the casey user.

I personally have not been to the site and I can't speak for him if he wants to go back or not but I know I definitely would love to go check it out with some more equipment as well.

Looks like a bald guy with sunglasses to me. Anyway thanks for sharing and...
