This sounds like you're trying to bring up the old nature/nurture argument. That was settled long ago and the answer is that both seem to generally contribute equally. If someone is raised in a violent environment they are not destined to become a violent person, and may in fact become a very empathetic person. Just look at Viktor Frankel. He was pretty much raised in a Nazi concentration camp and went on to become one of the most influential psychologists of the all-time and the godfather of positive psychology.

The idea is completely wrong, because it leads a racist division between classes.. that the establishment are part of a non-human race of sorts, so... "hey!let's send them to death camps, why not?"

This is baloney until you get me a real proof that these poeple really have reptilian features.

I made no such assertion.
What the study referenced in the OP concludes is that a hereditary, genetic difference causes approximately 10% of people in society to have a physically smaller section of the brain (called the amygdala) which is linked to psychopathic behavior.

An interesting characteristic of these people is that they are particularly attracted to positions of power.

The research DOES NOT therefore conclude that everyone in a position of power is a psychopath, only that people with the smaller amygdala are statistically over-represented in these positions.

Ironically, the characteristic lack of empathy of psychopaths is probably necessary to defend a statement such as "hey!let's send them to death camps, why not?". So the 90% of people who do not fall under the category of "psychopath" are extremely unlikely to be capable of following through on such an extremely violent view.

As I stated in the OP, the link with the reptilian feature was a stretch at best, but it made reference to the triune brain theory which separates the more instinct driven functions to a part of the brain labeled the "reptilian brain". Because the Amygdala is part of the "mammalian brain", I made, (what I thought at the time) to be an interesting correlation with science and a somewhat far-flung idea espoused by David Icke.

The reptilian brain, composed of the basal ganglia (striatum) and brainstem, is involved with primitive drives related to thirst, hunger, sexuality, and territoriality.
Why do we so often hear about politicians and celebrities acting on their primitive drives and urges and committing horrendous acts?
The answer is one that any small child can give you: We all can make a choice, a choice as to whether we are going to give in to the primitive urges and desires of our reptilian brain or, instead, use our neocortex to control them.
