Solar Storm Threatens Earth with Mass Chaos

Perhaps carbon taxes will help prevent this

I'm really surprised and impressed Fox didn't try to blame Obama for the solar storm.

For untold millenia the earth has experienced solar storms. It's only now in our recent history of electronics and electricity that we seem to have to worry about it and only due to our advanced "toys." So, the power grid shuts down, boo hoo. It means Wall Street, the banks, the huge multinationals and government shut down along with all the manipulation and corruption. I don' think that's a bad thing. People have obviously weathered the storm before and they can do it again. Maybe this time if it happens (which appears to be the 5th time), we can all come out stronger and smarter.

Is this just me or has anyone else noticed there seems to be a lot more "earth approaching objects" on RSOE lately? I don't follow it that closely, but I don't recall ever seeing so many on one page - related to the changes in the sun/magnetics?
(The sky is falling, the sky is falling!!)

And there are 5 major storm systems, I haven't seen that either - I thought we were nearing the end of the season. RSOE

I've lost power twice in the past three days here in northern Michigan. I don't know if it has anything to do with the sun but the timing seems odd.

I've been keeping an eye on this and I was on edge 23-28th. But I guess I'll have to prepare again, I've been going through the motions but with the dull slowness that comes with thinking it won't happen.

I just have one question. I made a thread on how to prepare for the 27th assuming it'd be a solar storm. Everyone says it's no biggy just takes out power.. So what I wanna know is:

If it's no danger and will just destroy power and infrastructure, why is everyone and TPTB hiding underground?
Will there be x rays or gamma rays or something? How do I prepare for it?

Where at in Northern Michigan? I live in Petoskey and have noticed or heard of any power outages. My dad lives in Cheboygan and hasn't mentioned anything about power going out either when I talked to him today.

Bloody hell, this is the first logical fear factor in a loooooooonnngggggg while. I love how all these potentially dangerous asteroids are coming our way, and Elenin up and disappeared and everyone freaked out about the " Drill " on the 27th, and then the SE58 they seemingly alerted us about last minute. Then all these youtubers going off about SO55. Then everyone panics about this Nasa press conference, and I've heard nothing interesting. Checked Nasa's site out, and there isn't a damn thing about any potential threats coming our way... I'm quite disappointed.

At least this sunspot is actually happening. Please, let me know after something happens ATSiens. I like my news extra crispy.

I'm not aware of anyone hiding underground? Why would you think this? What led you to that conclusion?

If you're referring to hospitals, they do have generators. My apologies if I seem a little callous but people die anyway and I've seen thousands. People die in car accidents, industrial accidents, all form of accidents including electrocution while doing home repairs, they die in wars, they die in childbirth, they die drowning, they die having sex, it goes on and on. If there was no electrical power, wouldn't it force people to be a little more cautious and slow down a bit? So, if the power went off, how many people would be saved as compared to how many people would die? It just seems to me that the technological nature of society produces more death and by more creative means. But, the PTB and the military/industrial complex/corporations wouldn't be able to make WMD's if there was no power, or chemical and biological agents and you know what else, that bloody propaganda machine, the glass tit (TV), would be off in every house, not just mine.

It's easy to avoid interruption of electronics from the solar storm.

Simply just continue to use your electronics at night.
