I know what will happen today: nuclear exchange with Iran. You see, Obama is in no win situation: if he vetoes Palestinian Statehood - he pisses off 75% of the world, may lose oil supply from Saudis and eventually power. If he doesn't - he pisses off Israel and her lobby in DC - thus he loses election and eventually power. Perfect time to fly to bunker in DIA and start nuclear war. Then all his worries are no more.
You probably think it is the craziest conspiracy ever - wait till his arrival in Denver and announcement on all major Networks: something dramatic like "Iranian President Ahmadinejad, Mahmoud has just openly threatened United States of America with nuclear strike if America chooses to veto Palestinian Statehood". That he probably doesn't possess capabilities to do that doesn't really matter - you can always find a stray nuke, detonate it in major city and blame it on Iran.

It all adds up to this as a event that could happen.

I hope it doesn't but the M.E is a explosion (excuse the pun) waiting to happen, just a matter of time.

war possibly but not nuclear. people dont like nuclear fallout dropping a nuke in todays day and age would drag all countries in the surrounding area to war as well. it just isnt feasible to use nuclear weapons. plus u can have nuclear war when iran cant launch one back

Nuclear exchange? Do you think they have nukes and a delivery system? Or just us hitting them?

Highly unlikely though plausible and possible.

Fairly good motivation. Though you are forgetting that Obama essentially got his Nobel Peace Prize for changing the US's stance on launching nukes. As far as I know, they will only launch in retaliation to a WMD attack.

Then again, it doesn't mean they won't.

Please kindly re-read the OP: the fact that they do not have capabilities doesn't really matter. As for technicalities, US striking Iran as "preemptive strike" or Iran "striking" US with a stray nuke doesn't really matter either (from inside D.U.M.B.)

Well when i first opened your thread i thought i was going to hear some crackpot craziness, but i have to admit that what you have stated is possible, but in my opinion not probable. I think a more likely scenario would be a little less ELE and a little more smoke mirrors and our boys and girls are going back to war. I also think that for this to happen, must word this carefully, a "uhem" major political figure in the USA might be eliminated from power as the catalyst for such acts of Aggression. I hope this is not the case just one scenario that i could see coming to pass.

Damn right it doesn't. If my memory doesn't fault me, I remember another Nobel Peace Prize winner - Pol Pot as in Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. I am not saying that Obama is that bad, just saying that mistakes have been made before. And certainly, the leader of the country involved in 3 wars deserves Peace Prize, I mean, tough competion among the other leaders... nobody else qualifies...

Regardless with all the covert actions of gov'ts pertaining to military and weapons, do you think they might already posses such weapons? The US first flew the stealth in '72 though we weren't told till '89. MSM talks about iran having capabilities to produce weapons grade uranium for "power production" currently, might they not be well ahead of that?

I would not bet my house that he doesn't but I do tend to think that if he already had them he would announce it - same as Irael - if you attack me I have the capabilities to take you with me.

I'm not exactly sure where this "military is using DU ammunition" but when I was in Iraq I used standard 5.56mm NATO ball rounds, not DU.

I doubt Mahmoud will announce or threaten to attack. Reason being the world right now can't afford it. I realize people believe that there are powers that be that profit from war, and I'm not saying they are wrong either. However, those same people that profit probably realize you need a lot of people alive to be good consumers of oil, electronics, and many other things. If the majority of the world went to war, not even nuclear, but including foreign forces attacking many different places in the US, way too many people would be killed and they chance being exposed. You can't spend money if you're dead, or the majority of the world is dead.

OP, good post and theory. It is probable, just not likely in my opinion. I knew Obama was going to be in the bunker for the exercise or at least be in Denver. Maybe it is to tour the new facilities of the CIA, or to check the new tunnel system. If they are/were doing mass drills it could be likely they will do drills to practice navigating tunnels and setting up communications, or ensuring the comm is working properly.
Military guys know you practice and drill for events before they happen so I could see them practicing with the President and running through their protocols so everyone can navigate and function properly. Many of us know Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.

Plausible...but I think the Palestinians would never do that....It's basically suicide if they do, and every interview I've heard of the population over there, seems to suggest they know they will fail to get recognition...it's more a symbolic thing at this point. Also it's not as if they will give up after this, they can reapply. Though if they smuggled a nuke into America and set it off....they'd pretty much be destroying themselves. All international support for their cause would disappear.

I am sorry but I have never mentioned Palestinians. What I have mentioned is a perfect motivation in order to escape lose/lose situation for Obama and coincidence that he is flying to biggest underground facility today as well as they are conducting emergency drill.

If you read the OP's post all the way he said he wasn't saying Obama was that bad, just stating that the Nobel prize people have made mistakes in the past with issuing people the Peace Prize. He wasn't comparing Pol Pot and Obama.

If nothing happens, which is most likely I will be glad.
