This thread is for posting information about the Operation Mountain Guardian drill as it happens. This thread is NOT for discussing the conspiracies related to the event or the Operation itself.

I'm looking for pictures, video, audio, police scanner feeds, personal stories, related ATS threads, etc. Many of us are looking for such information, and posting links to live events in various threads, so I figured one good thread should exist to put all of this sort of thing into.

Denver locals, we're relying on you the most!!

Yes that is the main feed for the entire Exercise in Denver , obviously it doesn't cover the other incidents at other locations around Colorado.

Statistics on normal Emergency services respose times etc..
Local trends ( grocery stock, hardware store stock, etc..)
I personally think this is where you'll see the most deviation from the norm in activities.

Nope, that's the name. Lot of other members have pointed out the OMG realtionship... kinda funny.

Do you live in the area or have any OMG updates to share? Otherwise, I suggest you take a look at the threads discussing the Operation Itself and all the surrounding speculations...

pretty sure there is a 50+ page thread about this already, people are posting their updates in there,.

Just a quick FYI, ran a quick Twitter search for the OMG and received an "Error Lading Tweets (503)". Anyone else having this issue? On a side note, there were more than the usual contrail/chemtrails this morning.

Digging through a +50pg thread that was started to discuss the Operation itself is what I'm trying to avoid. This thread is JUST for live event updates. Out of curiosity, which thread are you referring to?

Currently listening to DIA ATC, DIA Police Fire & EMS, and Denver Metro Police scanner feeds. So far, nothing major standing out. The Denver police are constantly saying stuff like, "Nope, that's part of the exercise". Confusing day for cops and dispatch I bet.


ETA: DIA Air Traffic Control just mentioned something (a bus?) that's sort of in the way or at least a hazard to incoming flights.


ETA2: DIA Police just mentioned an Air Bus that is leaking something. They are about to issue a "Hydraulic Hazard" alert.


ETA3: Update on DIA hydraulic issue: Contained to pavement only. Looks like a routine spill, under control.

ETA4: DIA Police just mentioned something about Freight Elevator 12 & 13. Said they have agents standing by at those locations... said agent's have cell phones, which might be why I haven't heard anything else about this yet...

Yeah, heard that... there are some fun sounding things going on around the airport, but cant be sure if it's typical for them in a day. Something was blocking a runway/taxiway for a while, then a hydraulic leak, then the Freight Elevator agents... fun to listen to!

ETA: This thread is now showing up in the first few results in Google if you search for "operation mountain guardian updates". Threads from GLP are actually listed first. lol Maybe we will get some people in here from that.

Lots of CODE 9's being reported today... and I wonder what a CODE 8 is??? Sure will be interesting if we hear them call that one out!

How long does it take to run a plate? I listened to a cop call in a report on an abandoned vehicle, possibly stolen and the dispatcher was unable to find any record of it. She told him to give her a few minutes and he mentioned that he had been waiting for 5 minutes already after asking someone else to run the plate. It was on the police and ems feed. I dont know why but I wrote down the plate AMJ1969

The building houses Denver's 911 call center and its police and fire dispatchers. Just heard that on the Public Safety District 3 feed (which I think includes Police, Fire, EMS, CHP, and others - not sure)

while listening to the scanners , i heard something about a car with rocket launch capabilities.
did anyone else hear that?

No missed that... rocket launch capabilities? Should have gotten that option on my Ford truck!

ETA: Anyone have the capability to record some of these feeds today? If something crazy were to happen today, would be awesome to have a copy of the feeds to go back and listen to.



ETA2: I think we are listening to LOOPED scanner feeds for the DIA Airport Police. I've heard the same thing three times now, VERBATIM, about the freight elevator thing... same exact words, said the same exact way. Anyone else notice this? Are the other feeds looping? Are they doing this on purpose to mess with us??


ETA3: Denver Police feed seems to be legit. Just heard them say the current time... happened while an officer was asking dispatch to log him off. But I'm 100% sure that DIA Police is a looped feed.
