I agree with you completely. Bristol held her own, remained calm and rational and then left when it was clear the guy was just mouthing off. Good for her.

I don't care if Palin is promiscuous. Whose business is that? She's a hypocrite, but I think that's already pretty well established. She's harmless, really, because she will never be taken seriously.

Everything I stated had factual backing behind it. Mostly because I watched the video. A baby is immature and inappropriate at times. This is natural. Not so much with adults. But typically found with in ages 1-9 baby to thrid grade range. His actions were immature and inappropriate. Developmental psychology teaches us that this is natural. Again, not so much with adults.

Totally. You could see she wanted to hit him also. I don't blame her. It is an instantaneous gut reaction to protect your territory, your mother, your dignity, your pride. I think she did a good job, (did not say all she might have to bash the gay agenda) and the guy... gay, straight or squiggly... was a predator.

In this case, I would say absolutely not and watching the exchange I think the restaurant owner/ manager was remiss in not kicking this guy out. Where the heck was he/she anyway? Putting out a fire? Screwing a server in the back? If I owned this place the manager would be axed for not being on the floor... this is why you have a manager, harmony assurance and to diplomatically intervene and eject hostile customers who might abuse your other patrons. Sometimes difficult decisions have to be made - you have to offend someone - invite them to leave now and return another day when they are feeling more "socially-able." Or even bar them for good...depending on how valuable (ie regular and desirable) a patron is and what you will tolerate in your place. The restaurant in question is clearly a hovel. ie Chain restaurants have rules. In some finer NYC dinner establishments you cannot raise your voice and swear out loud or you might be kindly asked to leave - in other (less stuffy) establishments you might hit someone over the head with a bottle and it is only frowned upon - this place appears in that lower class thanks in part to a MIA manager.

This guy in anyone's book, was foul mouthed, deliberately verbally abusive and threatening to one of my paying customers and causing a disturbance upsetting the harmonious and efficient operation of my restaurant, using words that would be bleeped from any average telecast as not suitable for children. It does not matter who Bristol Palin is or isn't in this case. Someone should have called the Police if this guy refused to leave quietly...although I have a feeling it would have been to riotous applause if the owner or manager booted his rude arse out after this un-chivalrous and pathetic display.

I personally think the guy was way outta line...But she needs to expect things like this in bar environments..Obviously the guy is drunk (like most people in a bar) and she handled herself well being a 21yr old but this is gonna happen a lot if she frequents those environments. I absolutely 100% have a severe disliking for Sarah Palin!! But I would break that guys teeth for talking to a young woman like that...Especially in that situation, she has no control over what her mother does and for all I know Sarah might be the best mom ever... she's a Shi**y Politician but nobody's perfect.
