Strange Radar Formation on Google Earth, page 1

I was looking around on Google Earth and saw this doughnut-shaped weather pattern. Could be nothing, but seems a little too perfect for a natural phenomenon. Any weather experts out there?

The center "hole" is where Springfield is located. The one where the Simpsons live.

Often called HAARP rings in response to the alleged weather manipulation center based in Alaska. However some have said it is feed back from other radar stations so really, what you believe is up to you.

Well what about all the water and rain sitting right on the New Madrid fault line??????? Too me this is pretty scary. It's almost down the entire fault line. And no question the donut ring is not natural. BUSTED!!!!
