Just by Radiohead, love that. One thing, OP, don't fear (yet). Fear won't help us. It's good to keep our eyes open and brains at full capacity. If this is a harbinger of terrible events, we'll need all the joy we can muster to go out laughing and loving. I can't stand those movie scenes when people see certain disaster approaching and fruitlessly run in a mob, trampling each other. I hope if I'm ever faced with a situation like that I'll be able to take a minute and hold hands with those I love, or even strangers and remember something close to perfection, maybe I'd be too freaked out, but I hope not.

Venus is nowhere near that close to the sun much less would it have that high of a visual magnitude. Do a little research.

Can someone please explain to me how planetary alignment can alter tectonic plate movement which is totally normal for this planet?

After I stopped laughing, it still did not debunk the video. What you did was simply allow enough light to reflect what the camera was picking up to reflect onto the back of the lens. But since it does not move, it's not a lens flare, but rather an actual image of the sun and it onto the lens itself.

Gravitational fields.. like the Moon affect out tides.. gravitational pull from celestial entities can push and pull on the tectonic plates.. its all free flowing molten rock unde the crust.. that how the plates move against each other..

for a more scientifical explanation I differ you to those more knowledgable than I.

I have listened all the way through that video. I am intrigued to find someone quoting the electric universe - not so many do that - but I have to question the part about Earth passing through the comets tail in November.

Surely this would actually happen on 26th of September if the tail was long enough since the tail of a comet points away from the Sun. In November the tail would not be pointing anywhere near earth as earth is between the sun and Elenin. Am I right? If so it sort of spoils the impact of the video if it has one.

Thanks OP. Great vid once you got past the annoying commentary! That is way bigger than any of our inner planets. All while being able to be seen in the light of day? I don't think so.

Now I've seen every flare spaceweather has posted in the last year I'd say and have never seen anything like that before. Multiple flashes like that? What I was wondering if this is something, would it have helped cause the multiple blasts like that if it had any gravitational pull like what these things (Nibiru/Elenin/whatever) are to supposedly have??

If I recall the video correctly.. our 1st view of Elenin will be when it starts coming between the SUn and earth.. as the coment moves outwards again, the earth orbiting the sun as always, will switch positions with Elenin, making the Earth sandwhiched between the Sun.. and the comet moving away with earth an us in its dustail..

Its going to be a rough couple of weeks as they explain... January 2012, we will get the last of it.. if we make it through that then we should all be fine thereafter.

Yeah its a futile effort, but a good one. It makes perfect sense but im sure that believers will find fault with it and explain away how it replicated the same footage and showed that it was all an illusion. Star for your efforts and imo, a good example how the sun plays tricks on camera lenses.

I am aware of what they said in the video. My point was that this surely is wrong. The tail of a comet always points away from the Sun therefore it will be pointing at us in September on the 26th but NOT in November which was what they stated on the video.

A comet does not leave a tail behind it as I understand it, the tail is always away from the sun. Take a look at the diagram of a comet's orbit here.

k I re-watch the part concerning that point..when Elinin will be sandwished between sun and Earth.. it looks like thats when we'll get the dust trail.. as the comet moves away, the earth sorta catches up with elenin due to its natural orbit around the sun.. as we catch up to it that is supposed to wreak havoc on the the earth too.. so its gonna be a double whammy.. So I agree it should be earlier than later for the dust trail.. The Harbinger Blue star Kochina might be this comet after all .. I susupect the dust trail will reflect in a blue light ergo.. the BLUE star.. at is passes us the reflection will change to red.. hence the red star the "destroyer"

Strangely enough what you said there has a certain validity.

Whilst Elenin is coming towards us there should be a blue shift (if I have got this the right way round) and when going away there would be a red shift.

Well I wouldn't not be doing that on the basis of what I say as I deal with earthquakes not comets, and bear in mind that guy in the video put this in perspective. Wasn't the closest to us 21,000,000 miles or something?

There is no way the comet's tail could be that long surely?
