Call your bank, or Google it.

If you can't find a bank to do it for you. Go to the International Airport. They always have exchanges. Ya might not get the best rate, but they'll do it. However, it being a check, they might not do it as well.

Chances are you'll have to deposit it and wait for it to clear.
