What? Surely you jest... If you haven't been deployed and you joined during peace time then you have no input on this subject at all. MP's and infantry are the same thing during combat.. I also escorted OSI around a gagillion times because they are Air Force, and they have almost ZERO fighting experience and needed someone to do their convoy security.. you sure you were in the military? Granted, Army/Navy personnel always go back and forth and love getting into fist fight/brawls but during war times, at least in WWII, they stuck together and had each others back..

I was freaked out by that too. Did you get the article from EU times. They are not dependable and have a writer by the fake name of Sorcha Faal that writes all sorts of made up lies. I haven't been able to find anyone else writing about it except for the ones that link to the EU times article. If you found it else where from a reliable source, I would like to see it.

I have always known DEFCON1 to mean keys were turned, codes were entered and execute was ready to be pushed at the word of the President...

Okay I exaggerated. I meant the hundreds of other things that are all pointing to September, October, and November.

Well I just spoke to my ex wife, who works at Denver Health Hospital, they've known and expect craziness already... I'll post more after it happens.

Still reading through the thread but I'm with you all the way --- up until the end that is. I don't think this is good because the possibility remains that either a) something is going to happen on Friday and the bunker under DIA is going operational or b) something is going to happen fairly soon and this is the practice run for when it does.

So it could be good for those with a ticket into the mountain bunker and bad for the rest of us who are locked out.

As for some other theories I've read so far, there seems to be so many potentially volatile things going on right now (satellite coming down, vote on Palestine, Elenin, etc.) it would be pretty ignorant of us to just discount this as yet another prep exercise so I guess all we can do to stay observant, hope for the best but stay alert for the worst..

EDIT: BTW, anyone aware if the British royals are due for a visit on or before Friday?

Our campus has about 3,000 people. And guess what? We are having a safety exercise on Friday. The whole campus will be evacuated and all workers sent home at 2:15. In all my years in Corporate America I have never been sent home for a safety drill. I have been involved in many and we do them at least once a year at every company I have worked for. Usually we evacuate the buildings and stand around outside for 20 minutes while the fire department searches the building, etc. But I have never been sent home. Even on 9/11 we were at work until 3pm before they finally sent us home. Maybe its just a coincidence? But its certainly an interesting one.

You don't work for BoA do you? I only bring it up because they also have some "interesting" murals in their lobby in Charlotte which are very similar to the ones in Denver. LINK

I'm not saying anything one way or another except that my radar is working overtime. Maybe I need a new tin-foil hat. Still, it would make an interesting coincidence.
