Hello everyone, New member with some question about the noises being heard

Hello, a became a member after a friend sent me an email telling me that there had been a lot of strange noises that had been heard all over, right before the earthquakes here in the US last month. Of course that got my curiosity up, and I started doing some searching. I found quite of few videos and articles before I found ATS. Wow I am beyond myself on all the weird sounds that people have been hearing and I don't understand why more people are not coming out about it. Do they not hear that noise? Some of the people in the Kiev video acted like it was no big deal. And the one in Florida at the ballgame, why I would of freaked out if I had of heard that. I certainly wouldn't of sit there and tried to ignore it.
The email my friend sent me also had a link to a (Russian?) news article that there was possible a nuke attack on one of our underground tunnels? Does anyone know anymore info on this? I would like to know if it is credible.
Luckily I have not heard any strange noises around here in N.E. Texas where I live. I am very nocturnal, and go outside quite a bit during the wee hours.
Any info is appreciated.

I heard it months ago. It woke me up in the middle of the night. I had to wake my wife and ask her what it was then the sky flashed and it was done. Then, the next day around noon I could hear it, and it sounded like it came from the sky, it was like I was looking at the sound, but couldn't see what was making the noise.

I came on ATS to post about it when hundreds of other people from around the world began hearing it. There is a lot of activity around the Appalachian mountains. Search ATS you will find a lot of very creepy posts.

Have you questioned any of your neighbors or the authorities to find out if anything is going on?
Do they mine in your area? Could it be mining equipment?

I did read something about nuclear attacks in tunnels.

There is no mining in this area. Trust me this sounded like an earthquake, or the planet breaking in half. Many people in the area have heard it. I was even more freaked out when I heard the lady from Florida, because it what I heard here in Indiana near Chicago.

I would of contacted someone. Whom I don't know. Local newspaper, someone.

Hmm, so why didn't we hear about it anywhere? You know this is just too scary for me.

look for simple answers first..will have to go listen to the one video I am pretty sure I did not see or pay
attention to if I did..anywho..noises can travel in peculiar ways and some say the thunderous rolls in the sky
is thunder but is due to "ducting" of the sound coming from a long distance away from the listener.
Have heard at night..parking lot sweepers working to clean parking lots and if it's far away it sounds pretty
creepy. Lines being bled of air or whatever might sound weird and so tests conducted of engines. Who
knows what the fracking has caused as well.

I have heard a loud rumble twice now in southern Oklahoma. It sounded like a dozen trains coming over our heads. Too loud to be an airplane, and we saw nothing in the sky.

I am sure a Mod will come along soon and let you know that this thread is for introductions but meanwhile check out this link for further info on the noises.

Did you feel any type of vibration or the earth tremble during that time?
I almost bought property in a very rural area in S.E. Oklahoma. I am glad I didn't because I would of been very alone out there.
