I think that would effect everyone. Like I said I don't know if its related but ATS has used thread numbers quite a bit for past games.

i don't think it's over
if you already have page one open in a pop up window
it will not open again as it is already open for you

In Gugenheim, I found a Castle Clinton Monument dud link for both the statue and tickets. Castle Clinton is the ferry point to go to the Statue of Liberty.
